一向到日本都會去不少的咖啡店，多去之下你會發現日本的咖啡店/咖啡吧都會寄居於時裝店的角落，讓追求潮流的人添上慢活的生活品味。
不論在日本的商場時裝店，或是原宿街頭的一棟大廈，你以為是賣格調子衣服，其實地下那層/旁邊一角是隱藏著一間小咖啡店。
到今日，旅行就去不了，不過在置地的一間著名潮服店也像日本服裝店般入駐一間小小的風格咖啡吧，竟然讓我有個機會重執那日系風的生活品味，用的還是日本烘焙的豆子，我怎可錯過呢?很簡單，銀白色設計帶雲石設計配襯，時髦非復舊路線。
配置亦不複雜，買的主要是奶類咖啡為主。
點了一杯熱latte，都好大杯(其實不太合我)，起初覺得都是不抱什麼期望，應該沒什麼味道。
結果竟有意外驚喜。
Latte味道有層次，先Nutty後有牛奶巧克力的甜味，aftertaste不會太苦/茶感，日本烘焙的豆子就是有那種驚喜。
(儘管深烘帶油但味道不帶苦澀)有機會真想買買豆子回家慢慢回味!
Hidden in the basement of Landmark, Hypebeans is a coffee shop located next to HBX Hong Kong. The signature drinks on menu really got our attention.I got a cup of Spiced Espresso YuenYeung (right) whilst my friend got herself an Ovaltine Espresso. We were surprised by how big the cup of drink was! And we were really full after finishing the whole drink.This Spiced Espresso YuenYeung was so novel and delicious, and it had a balanced flavour of coffee and milk tea, fantastic! The star anise added a hint of spiced flavour to the drink, which was very enjoyable.Would definitely visit again to try out the Ovaltine Espresso and coffee.
