COA 是一間讓人耳目一新的手工特調雞尾酒酒吧，由 Jay Khan 創建和主持。墨西哥瓦哈卡（Oaxaca）的本地農場（這裡是世界上最廣泛的龍舌蘭物種的所在地）擁有出產Mezcal的龍舌蘭植物的一望無際的田野。為了收穫巨大的龍舌蘭，當地農民會運用一種非常特殊的、稱為COA 的工具。它是擁有尖銳的邊緣，1.2米長的圓頭工具，不單可以切割厚厚的龍舌蘭（葉）心臟，並且可以乾淨利落地從土壤中翻出粗根。COA 是當地農業生產不可或缺的重要元素，代表了手工藝者的精湛技藝，標誌著調酒師的卓越追求。

Coa is a Mexican inspired cocktail bar located in central near to censu.. went there to grab some drinks after the remarkable dinner from censu.. The staffs recommended us these two drinks coconut milk punch pepper smash We all love the coconut milk punch as it was sweet and refreshing with a little bit citrus flavour, which I like. On the other hand, pepper smashpepper is actually very original and creative, but the pepper/jalapeñoflavour was a bit too strong for my liking. Overall, love this place, chill vibe, friendly staffs and delicious drinks.

COA is smaller than I expected. There are some high seats near the bar, but more with coffee tables. Dim lighting makes a cosy and warm atmosphere, ideal for friends to chill and have a drink. Slightly noisy but bearableThe cocktails are pretty unique and pleasant to most guests. The cocktail with salt worm is the most memorable drink.
香港嘅酒吧好多都好出名🍸有好多都入左亞洲50大添👍其中COA更加係2020年排名第三😳主要吸引我去原因都係睇左Mc Jeng介紹☺️☺️ 鍾意飲酒嘅朋友必須follow👍Pa Palomo De Oaxaca🍸就咁睇英文都唔知係乜😂 店員會解釋你聽入面嘅成份 呢D都係去酒吧嘅原因之一 喜歡同Bartender傾計 好特別嘅一杯cocktails👍杯邊沾上worm salt 一種煙燻過嘅鹽帶有辛辣味 酒嘅基底主要都用返佢地自家品牌嘅酒 再加上西柚梳打飲落好清爽 杯邊鹽巴令飲口時帶點辛辣感加上Tequlia😛 係清淡版嘅Margarita平衡做得好好👍 酒精感較重嘅一杯Cocktails以Negroni做基礎 再加入左果味 令到入口更加順滑 唔會嗆喉酒吧都好靚 好有墨西哥Feel🇲🇽可惜當日爆場 被安排喺個毒毒企位😆但企喺度欣賞bartender沖酒 都唔錯👍
Asia top 50, which made us to this bar. We heard a lot about mezcal but it’s not common to find one in HK. It’s Friday night and sooooo crowded. I would say this is a very busy place. We waited for a while to be seated. The menu is well designed, pleasant to read. Of course, we are here to try the mezcal!It tastes perfect with the glass rimed with pepper salt. The large crystal clear ice cube is designed to chill the cocktail. I couldn’t stop drinking coz it just tastes amazing!Why still waiting if you want to try this excellent cocktail? Do it🤩
