海怡沒有甚麼好東西吃,對住了數萬人的屋苑來說很叫人煩惱.在選擇不多的情況下,好吃的更是少之又少.偶而想吃一碗粉麵也不容易.至於香港人最愛吃的燒味,雖然有美心快餐,但水準時好時壞,教人失望.反而有水準的燒味要數花園酒家,這裏的叉燒水準通常都能保持,半肥瘦之餘,咬落亦很腍,不會如柴皮般難以入口.燒鵝味道也可以,但卻不及叉燒般有水準.想有更佳口感,外賣飯盒價錢可取,單拼$22,雙拼$24.對比起其他地方價錢算高,但在少食肆的地方也算矜貴.飯盒還包括飲品一盒,是曾經紅極一時的碧泉檸檬茶.味道雖然比較甜,但也可接受.
因衛生問題，已有一段頗長時間無光顧此店。
今次再來光顧，幸好沒有特別事件發生。
食物方面，款式算多，味道還可以，只是欠缺一份誠意。
好像相中的燒賣，賣相唔得，可見制作唔夠認真。
另外，最大的問題還是服務，待應們較懶散，有點「叫極唔啋」的情况。
Order一籠點心，追了三四次，過了半小時都無踪影，有乜攪錯？！
岩岩落左這間酒家飲茶=]我就一點三去到無咪人但係個接待員唔係好識安排坐位幸好我們主動問佢有無卡位XP卡位寬敞舒服=] 但有一個卡位係冷氣超凍架...食物ok既1.) 燒賣一夾就散左...鬆得滯?2.) 鯪魚球口感幾好...但隻碟多水令gip汁淡左3.) 鳳爪都ok...味道岩岩好4.) 春卷熱辣辣...合格5.) 紫米露甜得滯...要加熱水落去...紫米多d好d其實重有野食不過我無食到服務d呀姐都係一般酒家的服務...
On 27/6/2008, i went to this resturant. I ordered a Sugary sponge cake (馬拉糕) and when the waitress took it to me, it was wet. There were even white spots which caused by water on the surface of the cake. We asked for a change, and at the very beginning the waitress promised us. A few minutes later, she came back with the original wet cake and said maybe we can ask the assistant manager about it. Then the assistant manger came and insisted that it's normal for the cake to be wet and he could not see any white spots. Then we pointed at the white spots to show him where they were. He shouted at us, blaming us for touching the cake with our fingers. He then asked the waitress to stamp on our Dim Sum card as soon as possible. We were stunned, we asked him to find the manager for us. Then he insisted the cake was not wet and he would not change for us. We asked for the manager once again but he yelled at us, saying that he would not ask the manager out. Then he threw the wet cake on to the table. Another few minutes later, the manager finally showed up and changed the cake for us. We complained about the poor attitude of the assistant manager. But we were informed that the assistant manager was used to be like that and we should not be angry with him.We were not asking for a cancellation but only a change. We would still pay for it. How come they can force their customer to accept a dim sum with poor quality that we have to pay for? Second, what kind of services does they provide? How come they can employ someone that yells to customers? That’s the poorest service that I have received ever. Don’t they have any regulations for the staff to follow? I will not go to this restaurant again.
