I have tried most things on the menu and majority taste too bland and healthy for me. BUT the thing that I keep going back for is their Signature Chicken box. It comes with choice of carb and veggie and I find the best combo is sweet potato mash and broccoli. Sometimes I'll order the gym cha to go with the meal or if I'm feeling extra hungry I'll add extra broccoli to the order to pair with the chicken. Their signature chicken is always MOIST and basked in a tasty sauce which I enjoy dipping the broccoli into for more flavor. Overall it's healthy, yummy and makes for a good lunch or dinner.

Working in Quarry bay about a month and can't stand having oiled meals with colleagues any more. So I chose a cleaning meal on Friday. At first I was gonna buy simplylife salad, but remembered there was a new shop selling nonoil, nonfat food in the corner of street. So why not give it a try.I bought the signature lunch setchicken breast box. And chose quinoa sweet potato as my carbo, beens and broccoli as my vege><The chicken breast with BBQ source is good, quite juicy. The food quality is ok. My friend thought i would get hungry soon in the afternoon. Well, I didn't. Actually the size is perfect for a girl, not for guys
