水太太和水爺到馬灣郊遊，水太太必要在沙灘旁的餐廳吃飯，因為可以在有冷氣的環境下欣賞青馬大橋景緻，實在真舒暢﹗這間日本餐廳是第一次來的，午市價錢很相宜呢。

先來杯透心涼的綠茶蜜，帶微微薑味，很爽﹗水太太的櫻花魚生飯定食，份量合適，刺身是沒有味的，不太理想。

前菜八爪魚好好味呢﹗水爺的叉燒拉面，有溫泉蛋，叉燒又厚厚的，豬骨湯底夠濃，面也算爽，好味﹗這店勝在不是太多人客，可以悠閒地欣賞美景和食物，美景絕對比食物更勝一籌﹗  

As a lover of food, I can be critical about my food however, I generally choose not to, so I can enjoy my foodHowever, this in an exception Firstly, about the food: The noodles in the Ramen was way to soft after explicitly telling them to make sure that its hard since I've been there many times. The soup base tasted powdery and was too strong.More importantly: Service is bad, it is obvious that 3 waiters/waitresses cannot manage that restaurant efficiently and thus causes longer waiting time to be served for customers. In addition, sometimes they just look at you waving to them and ignore it. Also, when they speak to you, they tend to rush of and do other things when the conversation is not finished. The food also takes a long long time to prepare.BUT, to the main point: In the past, I've ordered the Ramen and felt that it never satisfied my hunger, so I asked them if they could add extra noodles at an additional price, and they agreed, for $10, and I was very happy about the reasonable price. However, the 2nd time i did that, they put the noodles in a separate bowl and charged $32 for the extra noodles, because they claimed "We cannot fit extra noodles in the same bowl" when they clearly were able to the 1st time. So, the 3rd time I went there to eat, I asked for extra noodles again, and I told them to put it in the same bowl, when they used the excuse, I told them it was possible the 1st time so being unable to refute my point, they complied with my request. When I looked at the bill, they charged me an extra $35 for the extra noodles which is ridiculous because they think they can fool me and the extra noodles were placed in the same bowl. When I complained, they made excuses and eventually settled with charging me $10 cheaper, which is unfair. Also, the noodles were again, too soft, after my explicit request of a shorter cooking time.From the evidence above, it is obvious that their manager is incompetent, which lead to the dissatisfaction of customers.P.S.Normally I won't mind paying $32 dollars for noodles, and I'm not fussy about the price, but when I am cheated or their integrity is lost, that's when I complain.Having eaten there very frequently, I can assert that I will NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!!! And I advise those of you who read this not to either.

成日聽人 講珀麗灣是一個無煙城市,環境很好. 今日放假同老公去行下,我們走到沙灘廣場. 看見一間日本餐廳叫千鳥亭,有鐵板燒食,於是入去試下, 餐牌有牛排, 羊排, 鰻魚, 三文魚, 虎蝦, 牛舌, 燒雞, 我叫左燒雞, 老公叫左蝦, 又叫左三文魚,刺身, 同牡丹蝦, 好爽甜, 最驚喜是燒雞很滑, 虎蝦很大隻. $168有3 隻大蝦. 可以跟飯或者烏冬. 超抵!!! 市區起碼60元一隻燒大蝦, 老細說這裡租金不太貴, 所以價錢可以平D, 下次叫多幾位朋友來上試下其他幾款鐵板燒, 還有這裡有露天座, 可以一路食野一路欣賞青馬大桥, 真係一流!!!

08122011星期四果日放假同老婆，女女帶狗狗到柏麗灣玩，直到黃昏，肚仔餓了就搵地方食飯，但係大部份食店都唔準狗仔內進，最後行到沙灘果邊，意外地發現了一列食店，有意大利菜，泰菜，德國菜等等，還有露天坐位，原來2樓重有日本料理，日菜是我們最喜歡的了，這裡也有露天，狗狗也可一齊同坐，所以揀左日本菜，環境好正，當日天氣不算太凍，面對青馬大橋及海灘食飯，好浪漫，我們點了串燒，拉麵，燒魚，羊扒，刺身，壽司及清酒等等，評價如下1. 串燒 雖然等左成半個鐘，但係燒得好好食，食得出係即叫即燒，同埋d料都好新鮮。

2. 拉麵 叫左海鮮拉麵同叉燒拉麵，個湯底好甜，海鮮有大大隻花竹蝦，蜆肉 (連埋蜆殼果隻)，青口，凡立背及蟹柳等等，海鮮好新鮮，叉燒拉面，叉燒唔同我地平時食果隻日式叉燒，應該係自家製，肥瘦適中，味道唔錯。

3. 燒魚 叫左燒盧魚 1 條，價錢唔記得，好似 8 90 蚊倒，原本以為咁平係會好的骰，點知上檯時都好大條下，有 14 兩到1斤左右，一試味道好正，好滑，係鮮魚黎，又燒到岩岩好d肉未離骨但係又熟，燒功好到家。

4. 羊扒 我的最愛，燒到外面有小小脆，d 肉好嫩，係靚既羊扒，very good。

5. 刺身，三文魚切得好細塊，但係食落好鮮甜，唔似有d日本餐廳一味大塊但係冇味果隻，甜蝦好好食，唔係一般用料，八爪魚，吞拿魚不過不失啦。

6. 壽司 女女最愛壽司，點左三文魚，三文魚子及蟹子，壽司飯做得唔錯。

7. 清酒 冇乜特別，都係果d貨，但係就品種較多，同埋見佢水 bar 有紅白餐酒同朝日啤酒生啤機，叫左清酒，試左 1 杯生啤，好新鮮，比樽啤好飲。

埋單都係 6百幾，唔算平又唔算貴，service 都唔錯，比左20蚊 tips，遊客區黎講，咁既食物質素都算係咁，最難得就係狗狗都可以坐埋坐位一齊食，下次會帶埋狗狗再去食，到時會影埋個靚景返黎 post。

千鳥亭餐單提供日本菜, 壽司, 刺身, 日式西餐等推介美食位於馬灣區，餐廳座位數70人均消費約$101-200，結賬可以用Visa,Master,現金。
