Actually this is one of my favourite shop for Japanese Dessert.Yes, it is highly priced but think about the quality (real Japanese fruits), delicately made, and flown to HK by air....afterall, it is worth it.白桃Jelly is one of my favourite.They used real 白桃juicy and the fruit itself instead of sugar syrup...this is REAL jeally.Their seasonal sweet meets my seasonal taste...something new every season.Try the products made 琵琶果, absolutely unable to find anywhere else.More ordinary would be the sweet potatos, red bean or custard.They are not all very sweet, give it a try and you will fall in love with it.

可能本地甜品一向不是主流，價錢又平，如糕點都只是兩、三蛟一件，再貴也不過十蚊。
但和果子在日本係精緻又能登大雅之堂的食品，價錢係有番咁上下。
但結合製作及用料，其實也是物有所值的。
如我最喜愛的陸乃寶珠，真係有粒巨鋒提在內，日本製造新鮮運來，賣廿幾蚊都不算太貴；又白桃果涷是水蜜桃磨茸，賣相極精美，味道亦好，賣三十幾蚊都不算過份。
又這裡在不同季節有不同的限定產品，如春天的櫻花羊羹同櫻花果涷、夏天的陸乃竇珠同柑柚果涷、秋天的津隬粟同熟柿羊羹等等，其他還有葛粉糕、米餅等都唔錯，個人覺得是雖然唔平，但送禮自奉都掂呢！
Some people say they don't like this shop cause the stuff it sells is more about packaging than taste. But I think packaging is exactly an important value proposition in its case. This shop is basically selling gifts. As for the taste, I don't think they are bad, not great neither. The indegredients are of top quality. But there is a common problem across most of its products probably too sweet to win the hearts of HK people. I agree that it's difficult to justify a jelly cup selling at $100 purely for what it tastes. But I would try to perceive them as gifts. Sometimes you want alternatives to wine or chocolates.
我都試過佢地幾様甜品,個名就唔記得了,但真是很一般的味道,最平都要件$145一件,真是吃包裝多過吃味道,但佢地開又一間,開又一間,真係唔明????????
本來想試下佢個夏天先有既雪糕，點知佢話今年返sorbet($22)，唔會返雪糕我對sorbet只是一般，但都諗住試下白桃味，點知得返提子味，所以無試到
