I ordered 豬紅,豬大腸,蘿蔔 and noodle is 米線. $45 The soup was boiling hot when served which is good as it means it’s fresh but also burnt my tongue a bit 😝. The soup was very intense and savory but not salty. Kept drinking as I ate my noodles. The 米線 was springy and thin as expected, however there was a lot of short strands of noodles even in the beginning. But there was enough to keep me happy throughout. They were also very generous with the vegetables so that’s a bonus. 豬紅 (pig blood) was so soft with a texture that reminded me of tofu, the natural taste of 豬紅 was not very prominent compared to other shops but still very memorable. There was 34 big pieces. 豬大腸 (pig intestines) was quite dry in the middle but the fatty layer definitely came through at the end. The taste is just as you would expect. Still delicious with 34 above average sized pieces.I also tried the 牛肺 (beef lung) from my mother’s bowl and it was oh so tender. I also know that this is a rare item to be seen on menus which made me that much more excited to try. This I definitely recommend 👍👍, the meat was so soft but still has a nice bite to it and you could still taste the flavorof the organ which I enjoyed. 蘿蔔 was delicious as well, the size was rather small which makes sense as it would be easier for the flavor to penetrate the radish. There was around 45 pieces. The service was quite good for this rustic street shop and the restaurant has 2 floors to allow more customers. The time I came was around 13:1513:30 which is not considered peak hour but there was still a lot of people and we waited for 5 minutes to get things sorted.

由細到大都鐘意食麵多過飯嘅我最常就係去榮記整返碗車仔麵,貪佢開靚正,店員話不多,唔會有好理想嘅服務,一句食咩,重覆食物,上菜,食完埋單,有時想靜靜地快食個晚餐,就係咁簡單。

咁多年嚟都係咁嘅服務咁嘅味道,呢啲就係香港小店嘅味道三餸河粉呢度每碗粉都會跟少少菜,而我每次都走唔甩一定會叫牛根、豬紅、墨魚頭,睇心情會配吓河粉或者米線。

湯底超濃,本身已經係腩汁湯底,食嗰陣再落少少辣油(記得少少好喇)味道再惹味多啲。

女朋友掛住去睇咩鏡粉應援,一個人嘅晚餐就係咁簡單。

收工落到銅鑼灣唯一諗到好食嘅車仔麵就去榮記。

點知糖街間鋪無開就去左哩間分店。

湯底同糖街果間唔一樣。

呢間湯底充滿麵豉味好香甜。

蘿蔔,豬紅同豬腸墨魚頭特別好食,絕對要叫。

$50.4個餸真係冇得輸,如果銅鑼灣搵唔到有咩好食虛榮嘅就啱㗎喇佢嘅車仔麵真係好高水準。

一桌四人,分兩邊, 一張細細的枱佢要我同唔識阿伯坐一邊. 我唔肯,叫我坐住等,坐唔夠一分鐘又迫我落單。

食物9秒9到仍然冇枱,我叫三個餸錯兩個,我都唔出聲。

終於有枱搬過去,今次一桌三人,係佢叫我坐檯出面。

另一個夥計行過叫我坐入邊,唔好「牙」住成張枱,我當時執緊個袋,同佢講:「得啦,我執埋個袋就坐入去啦」。

之後嗰兩個夥計繼續喺我後邊大大聲聲討論我呢件事,我聽到食到背脊骨落。

我食到中途仲要走來又郁下我張枱啲嘢,好似話俾我聽唔好霸住張枱。

服務態度好有問題:冇位唔好叫我入,叫我坐陣就唔好逼我落單難道我連選擇唔同一個陌生人坐埋食飯嘅權利都冇?
