今日Green Friday，番公司前經過Dressed就打算食個Green salad啦。

今日點左Detox,Baby spinach, 烤甜菜根, 葵花籽仁都係正嘅，但係啲西蘭花同紅蘿蔔係全生嘅，未免真係太硬喇... ...其實略略拖水都好過全生丫...雖然話排毒，都唔使咁天然掛？食到最後... ...剩低左好多西蘭花... ...盡左力都食唔到... ...

As im on diet, there are few choices outside. i noticed dressed before but never got the chance to try as the items sound quite pricy. i tried it finally because i didn't want to have heavy food. it was not yet 12 when i was there. there were only few customers, and most of them are foreigners. later on many people rushed in around lunch hour. the restaurant is not too big so quite a lot take aways.i was surprised and excited by the wide choices on salad and it took me 10 min to make the order! so i DIY my own dish. i had mixed greens as the base , 4 toppings: tofu, black beans, baked potatoes, tomatoes  and advocate sauce, a very special sauce!i loved my choice very much, everything matched so well !you ate not forced to eat fatty toppings or dressings like before.  the salad is very fresh and tasted original without any seasonings like sugar or salt. and such a big potion! served with 2 slices of bread. felt full without any quilts.i wish there is such a restaurant near my Mr hung office!

買了一客所謂 "廚師推介" 的菜園沙律。

內有烤露筍，烤紅菜頭，胡蘿蔔，西蘭花，櫻桃蘿蔔仔，青瓜，車厘茄，甜粟米，白蘑菇，洋蔥，西生菜。

評語：　急需改善1. 大部分西生菜已黃，不新鮮2. 白蘑菇有強烈泥味3. 牛油果醬極酸4. 主打菜 "烤露筍" 份量很少5. 免費的香草意大利很硬而且沒有香味以$92高價發售這水準的沙律，絕對不可接受。

I'm a frequent customer of Dressed mostly because I work in Kwun Tong and need to have a salad for lunch most days.  Options here are limited, so I don't have much choice. The salad offerings are varied, but I find that the quality is consistently inconsistent.  One day, the salad is good, the next it's terrible.  I think a lot of it is that the staff just aren't experienced at making a good salad.  Swimming in too much dressing, or not enough.  Sometimes the quality of the toppings is questionable and they taste strange (ie. Chicken).  Prices are very high for the quality, sometimes easily $100HKD. I like the convenience of being able to order online and pick up without waiting in a queue which can be long at lunchtime. I will continue to go there, but am searching out other options, as I don't like to be held captive by one salad restaurant in the entire area. 

10月5日, 133週月快樂!今日休息, 嚟咗搵呀菲食飯, 想食健康d, 我地就嚟咗呢度以食沙律為主嘅Dressed~ 位於商廈地下嘅食店, 喺工作日就人來人往, 不過坐低食嘅大多都係外國人, 可以話係鬼佬嘅食堂~::: 牛尾湯 + 肉醬長通粉 + 可樂 ::: $50牛尾湯深深紅紅咁, 應該落咗唔少茄膏, 好彩個味道都唔係好酸好茄, 有dd牛尾嘅肉味, 飲落仲有粒粒嘅牛尾, 個質地好似牛腩, 幾濃肉味~ 不過蠢咗, 因為又叫咗個同湯一樣味道嘅肉醬長通粉, 都係用上茄紅素加d肉粒同芝士, 撈入長通粉度. 長通粉有d硬, 入口有d漿口, 肉醬汁都唔夠多, 食到尾就粉多醬少.::: 雜菜湯 + 美式沙律 + 凍檸檬水 ::: $50雜菜湯好清, 有好多蔬菜粒~ 飲落味道較清淡, 但因為蔬菜夠多所以都幾飽肚! 美式沙律係呀菲成日食嘅沙律, 肉類有燒雞胸、煙肉粒, 其他配料有牛油果、番茄仔、碎蛋、藍芝士同埋沙律雜菜~ 基本上味道都被藍芝士嘅鹹香蓋過晒咁濟, 不過勝在每種材料都夠新鮮爽甜, 加埋蜜糖醋汁食夠晒開胃~ 細細兜但係加埋個湯都唔怕唔夠飽!凍檸檬水雖然檸檬味夠, 但味道偏甜, 飲唔晒拎番公司溝多咗大半杯水先差唔多~一路食, 一路見到d鬼佬都只係散叫一個沙律, 雖然個份量係比套餐嘅沙律多, 但女仔食就話飽je, 男仔食點睇都應該唔夠飽, 真係唔明佢地點樣捱過一日…
