See You Noodies has only recently opened. As such, it is newlyrenovated. The interior is light and bright. I ordered French Toast and hot coffee. The French Toast was very nice the bread was not tooheavily coated, and the dish had a nice flavour. There was no syrup on the table but the staff were happy to serve me extra. The hot, flat white coffee, was typical Hong Kongstyle, and it had a nicer taste than most not too creamy, and the coffee flavour was strong but not overpowering. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere pleasant. The French Toast and coffee cost me HKD 20 (the coffee seemed to be included in the price of the French Toast but I couldn't read the Cantonese menu). I am pleased with my visit, and shall return for more French Toast.
