好久不回上海, 最近一直在搜罗上海菜. 经过这一家无意间听到小笼包 就进去了小笼包皮薄汤多 非常好吃 比上海做得还好吃生煎没什么汁 底脆 是典型的 香港式 生煎 不正宗豆沙锅饼很好吃 虽然在上海却从来没吃到过口水鸡的做法不正宗而且不好吃 太辣春卷用的馅料不同于真正的上海春卷 但是味道也很好
都幾鐘意呢間麵店, 拉麵確實出色,好鐘意啲牛展, 同紅油抄手. 上海排骨就認真麻麻喇, 只係一舊粉既炸豬扒砰上. 杯山渣茶都幾好飲.
水餃面, 水餃個皮好軟熟, 勁好味 拉面是新鮮即場手打, 粗幼不一, 夠特別, 麵身軟熟, 浸一陣就夠淋好好味 四川担担麵個醬唔夠香, 而且好膩 紅油抄手ok, 少少甜 小籠包都好好味最後因為飽, 所以試唔到甜品....下次一定會再去!店小小, 雖然店面無特別裝潢, 但食物質素有大舖水準!
