喺food panda 度叫外賣, 見佢算扺食, 就叫左個4人餐, 隻雞好似比人食過咁, 得D頭頭尾尾, 條倉魚梅嘅, 個炒蜆好多都唔開, 得個菜食得下! 中伏了！唔洗錢都唔會再食！

餐廳望落OK，伙計都幾nice，摞外賣翻倒屋企就好失望。

58蚊的小炒飯在西環茶餐廳也算中等價錢了，但是苦瓜得4片，應該是用燜過的苦瓜不是新鮮炒，份量不夠汁又太多

因工作關係，間中會到西環午餐；近這幾年，西環完全變了天，由原本很多平民食店，到現在變成很多貴價西餐；普通食店就越來越少，不要說好不好吃，價錢比較合理的食店，也不多了。

這間食店價錢比較經濟實惠，而且食物水準也還過得去，所以每到中午時間，也有很多食客到來光顧。

近期推出了自選午餐，有八個菜可供選擇，分一餸 $35、二餸 $40 和三餸 $45 ，另加熱飲 $3 和 凍飲 $5 。

不要以為食物已預先煮好放於各個食物格入面，待客人點菜時便立刻送上（其實很多食店也這樣做），而是收到柯打才即煮，保証新鮮熱辣，因此水準也有一定質素。

今日點了二餸午餐，咕嚕班塊和滑蛋蝦仁，另加凍檸茶。

咕嚕班塊 ～ 即叫即炸，非常脆口，魚肉當然不可能是新鮮貨，但完全沒有雪味或其它怪味，巳經是合格有餘了。

滑蛋蝦仁 ～ 蛋炒得剛好，不會過份乾身，蝦爽囗彈牙，用來送飯實在一流。

以 $45 這價錢，在西環午餐，已經算是平宜的了。

The expat restaurants on New Praya Street may have the harbour side water view but this place has tasty food. There are a number of restaurants on the same street, Al Pesto and Tapaella are the two that come to mind but if you follow your sense of smell it will lead you here – fried garlic and food cooked at high temperature. They promise no MSG.For the supper menu, they have a large variety. Stick with their signature dishes.First off, soup. It looks like chicken feet and I love it as a appetizer. It prepares the stomach for when I plan to stretch it out in subsequent mouth fulls. It has the ability to digest quickly leaving my stomach stretched out and ready to take on more gorging. I disdain chewing so soup is best as the appetizer.Honey and black pepper porkchops is one of their signature dishes. It beats the honey and garlic that everyone else is doing. Half the plate was taken home via doggy bag as the portion was generous. The meat was tender and full of flavour. The pieces of meat were large with ample bites before hitting bone with the majority of meat to bone ratio at 85:15.Penang style fried rice. It’s spicy and different than the normal fried rice. Normal white steamed rice is so boring so on this day we decided to eat our carbs via fried rice. Half of this plate was also taken home to consume on another occasion as it was large.A 2 person dinner for $250.The first thing to arrive at each table during lunch is a large bowl of soup enough to fill 4 rice bowls. The only thing on the menu are the lunch specials which change daily, on a saturday afternoon there were 7.

剛剛搬到西環不知道有什麼好食，晚飯時間和家人行到厚和街，老人家教道，要知該店好不好吃只要用餐時間看下店內有沒有客進食就知一二，整條街都是食店，但見店舖內也坐滿客人，就進去試下，等了10分鐘剛巧有卡位，當望望牆上菜牌時看到盧海鵬和鮑起靜也曾在此進食的照片，心裡想應該也不差吧，我們還未點菜時，侍應已奉上免費的中湯（後來才知免費）喝得出是用心煲的足料老火湯，點了主厨推介的：蜜椒吊燒骨，菠蘿咕嚕肉，馬友粒魚香茄子煲，吃得出骨和肉不是冰鮮貨，份量也足夠，不是張貨就價，因為我地成日去街市買東西的知道現在的食材很貴，而且食得出厨師是用心做菜的，因為咕嚕肉要做到外脆內軟是要花心機時間去做的，連飲品250元有找，好過自己煮啦，明厨坊下次一定幫襯你。
