This meal makes the perfect lunch or dinner as it is filling and tasty. The baked rice has a perfectly cooked layer of crispy cheese and tomatoes sauce. Underneath that layer lies the succulent chicken steak. It is extremely tasty, creamy and even sometimes find the taste even too strong and powerful. The rice can sometimes be crunchy but I love the sauce and the bits of eggs between them so that there is never a boring taste. The downside to this meal is that the soup or salad is usually not good and the coffee is often bitter and I need to ask for more milk and sugar. Overall, excellent meal.

People working or studying at the HKU medical campus would often find themselves having meals at the bayview restaurant. I am sorry to say that whilst the price for a meal here is quite cheap, I feel that the food here is too greasy. I previously ordered a seafood fried rice, and I ended up seeing the rice submerged in a pool of I dont know what type of oil after consuming between a half to 2/3 of the rice dish. It was so greasy I could almost see my reflection in the dish! The chinese dishes in general are also quite oily unfortunately. The western food is slightly better, but the salads can do with a little more flavour, sometimes the salads are quite dry and I feel like a cow grazing on the salads!Overall, one should choose carefully what to consume if at bayview. The dishes could be improved if alot less oil and salt were added to them! 

衛生這樣差的餐廳竟然是學生餐廳，其實有沒有顧及學生們的健康與感受? 可以用心一點做嗎?炸雞類別，炸得好透，味道是不差的，也很抵食，不過無論是碗碟，器皿，擡面，地下，環境都極不衛生。

汁扒類別，質量與價錢相承，很劣等的肉，味道過得去，不過無論是碗碟，器皿，擡面，地下，環境都極不衛生。

炸扒類別，分量有點少，炸得好透，味道是不差的，也很抵食，不過無論是碗碟，器皿，擡面，地下，環境都極不衛生。

飯餐意粉餐，無論白飯汁飯意粉都很難食，估計係上午已經準備定全日的分量然後加熱就算，非常差劣。

服務一般，大部分都是自助的，但問題的確在衛生。

真的惡劣得非常離譜。

Recommended by a friend and orderedPork Chop Panini with Pizza SauceActually I don't really know how they name it, but pork chop and pizza sauce were the main ingredients of the sandwich.A slice of lean pork chop; fresh lettuce; hearty pizza sauce and a little bit mayonnaise; they work really well altogether. Look at the pizza sauce, they have onion bits, capsicum, tomatoes and cheese, making the taste and texture soooo authentic! With pork chop being the main ingredient in Italian sandwiches is rare, this is a fusion sandwich combining Italian and Hong Kong Style and the taste is so right with the pizza sauce being the spotlight.The side salad is also worth a mention for its freshness and generous portion.Napolian Cream Puff PastryGuilty pleasure for girls. Fresh fruits, crunchy pastries, and I especially like the light yellow cream which emitted strong vanilla bean fragrance. Space for improvement though. The amount of fruit pieces they put between the pastries were not quite consistent. One of the pastries has only two blueberries in the middle, the presentation was therefore less elegant and appetitizing. Presentation might not be the most important element in a dish, but it always comes first, agree?Ended the afternoon tea with a full cream milk coffee. Satisfying.

醫學院附近可選的食物實在是不多，醫圖前的味道更是不願選擇所以偶爾來這裡。

早期的兩餸和扒類都差強人意，而且標注可以轉意粉的餐也都被告知無意粉可換。

黑椒汁和洋蔥汁很長一段時間都只有洋蔥汁，例湯味道也是古怪得難以形容，近日加了些pizza sandwich及煲飯類，味道尚可，但一般時間允許還是選擇去瑪麗醫院吧。
