The first time I tried to go, I arrived at 2.30pm, and the man at the shop told me I could not order hot dogs because the 'sifu' is out, and he didn't know what time the 'sifu' would return.On my second try, I successfully ordered a frankfurter with sauerkraut. They handed me my order in a bag, where the hot dog is placed vertically if you hold the bag using the bag's handles.Note that the shopkeeper handed the bag to me in this vertical position, and I didn't realize the ramifications of carrying the hot dog vertically until I arrived home. The bubble tea in the $30 combo was good. The hot dog was a smorgasboard of mixed items at the bottom of the bag. I didn't try to 'rescue' it, I ended up eating it like a banana, going from top to the bottom, and then scooping out the sauerkraut and mustard mix from the bottom with a spoon.Recommendation: if you order a hot dog takeaway from this shop, carry the hot dog properly not the way they hand it to you.

不開心的一晚.係隔離食完個麵.決定要飲返杯台式飲品慰勞自己.叫左個胚芽奶茶係粗粒,正!份量又夠多不過茶味同奶味都比較淡.感覺好似溝左好多水禁..胚茶彌補左成杯野不足之處.下次想試下佢d熱狗.睇d圖好似好吸引禁

Bang Bang Tong – Nando’s in Hong Kong? Walking along the street in Hunghom Baker Street, I found a takeaway shop with a Huge Poster in the front of the shop, promoting Nando’sChicken.I went, what Oh My God,Nando’s Chicken in Hong Kong??? Surprised and thrilled, I walked over and realized it is a “cross over” from Bang Bang Tong’s BBQ chicken wings, i.e. using Nando’s Chicken Sauce for their flame grilled BBQ chicken wings!!I am so excited and immediately bought 6 pieces of wings for only $20, which is the promotional price. They also have 3 different level of hotness~ (Medium – Hot – Extra Hot), and I just tried Medium this time, YUM!The wings were marinated and grilled to perfection, and the sauce is just right. I had to say I miss Nando sauce so much, I even asked the shop attendant for extra sauce to go with my wings Overall I would give an A to this takeaway shop, very nice food (although takes a little longer to cook as the food were cooked freshly upon order) and friendly staff. I would definitely come again and challenge the “Extra Hot” wings~

吃過晚飯, 很想渴杯茶, 剛巧路過此, 附近又別無他選, 便給它一個機會吧~奶蓋綠茶($14) 店員殷勤告知奶蓋剛新鮮做起~ 價錢略貴....但奶蓋份量有5份2之多呢~ 綠茶味ok, 但奶蓋味更見驚喜~~~ 奶味夠濃, 帶有小許咸味, 整體配合得不錯~

BANG BANG~!Just realised more and more Taiwanese drinks shops were opened.All these shops have different gimmicks and specialties, and this one, called Bang Bang Tong, specialises not only in Taiwanese Drink, but also German Hotdog and BBQs skewers.So I decided first to try their Original Milk Tea and Hotdog Meal, in which I had chosen Cheddar Cheese out of the three toppings (Butter Fried Onions, Cheddar Cheese and/or Sauerkrat). The staff reminded me that the Hotdog would take about 510 minutes to prepare since all hotdogs are freshly cooked upon order.But I think it does worth the wait.... because the hotdog is just ~awesome~!The bratwurst, ie the sausage is sooo meaty, with the melted cheddar cheese on top, this is just perfect combo, the mustard plus the mayonnaise... almost in heaven~~ As for the Milk Tea, I really like the pearls, their size are MEGA (>o<) and very chewable, maybe that's how they come up with the name 'Boa Bar' ..... the milk tea taste very much like those I drank back in Taiwan, no wonder my friend who came from Taiwan recommended Bang Bang Tong to me. Some more points to note, there are so many different kind of drinks available tooooo, like Mint Mocha, Taro Smoothies etc.. so I guess I surely will come back to try other stuff out~ Stay tuned.
