尋晚朋友請我去呢度食生日飯，聽聞呢度食法國菜都唔錯，又咁近公司，所以就即管一試．見個有兩款ＳＥＴ ＤＩＮＮＥＲ我地就分別每人點一款，我要牛柳餐而我朋友就叫西冷，菜單如下：牛柳餐：頭盤～鵝肝（唔錯）餐湯～龍蝦湯（鹹到苦）主菜～牛柳（要七成熟但來咗五成）甜品～合桃慕絲（我生日就有多支蜡燭）餐茶～咖啡（有水準）西冷餐：頭盤～蟹肉帶子沙津（可以）餐湯～洋蔥湯（鹹但味道還可）主菜～西冷牛扒（要五成熟但來咗九成）甜品～合桃慕絲餐茶～檸檬茶（可以）估唔到一間餐廳係中檔但結果菜式連質素係屬低檔，女侍應用托盤的手勢比起平民化的餐廳還要差，因為佢差少少就將我淋濕身，新手之餘仲要冇禮貌，服務不夠都不突止，最主要的係主菜，無諗到差到咁，牛柳有渣，西冷有筋太熟，根本不可以說是一間有水準的餐廳，有話係亞洲萬里通的合伙餐廳，打折就話唔可以儲分，好彩係我生日唔駛俾錢啫，如果唔係我一定嬲爆，不過以後都唔會再來呢度食，真係又貴又唔好食，差！
上星期六，我同老公去咗黃埔行街，行到咁上下梗係搵嘢食啦~見到有間好似好高級嘅餐廳門口寫住有 live music ，咪入去吓歌試吓囉~~心諗係黃埔區應該都冇第二道有歌聽，睇咗menu ，我地 order 咗煎鵝肝、烟三文魚沙律、龍蝦湯、海鮮磨菇湯、羊架同鴨脾，呢d全部都有個皇冠，應該都係 d 好嘢啦~~ d 嘢食都 ok 啦，不過有時食物都係其次，最緊要係個feel ，係呢道有兩個外籍人自彈自唱，仲可以點歌俾佢唱 (不過佢未必識)，一邊食嘢一邊唱歌，呢個感覺真係好~
經過門口, 見到裝修雅緻, 便入內壹試.點了兩份 tea set 芝士火腿三文冶及 Mini Pizza.先端上兩杯 coffee, 呷了壹口, 幾濃.芝士火腿三文冶, 熱乎乎, 芝士溶得剛剛好, 溢出麵包邊沿但不黏碟.Mini Pizza 共叁件, 有菠蘿粟米, 芝士火腿及吞那魚. 餅底略硬, 魚有點腥, 其實已不錯了.反正有空, 坐多壹會, 再點多壹份炸蘑菇洋葱圈, 少少油膩, 但洋葱仍然爽脆, 蘑菇又無泥味.真的估不到, 抵食~! 叁份 tea set, 埋單只要 $88. 好可能到茶餐廳光顧也不只這個數.
Dinner (Mony & Wed), buy one get one free (ladies night)可以 try try! 3 course $238環境不錯, service ok!先有bread, 湯很小碗, 鵝盰& 三文魚好味!西冷ok, 黑豚肉好味!
location/ atmosphere: nicely situated in a quiet part of whampoa but still within walking distance of the main streets and shopping malls. the decors reminded me of restaurants i visited in italy and the music played were relaxing and appropriate. it's a great place for couples to go on a date or for people to bring their parents to for a nice relaxing meal at a very reasonable price. food: the restaurant runs a semibuffet where you choose your main course from a preset list. I chose a baked fish with mashed potato and it was amazingthe fish was so juicy and fresh and there were even salmon roe on top of it. the mashed potato soaked up all the juice from the fish and also the cream sauce therefore it was literally exploding with flavours. the vegetables that came along were still fresh and crunchy unlike some restaurants. the salad bar fashions a variety of vegetables, cherry tomatoes, salmon, pasta and potato salad, and a number of sauces such as honey mustard, caesar and thousand island. Everything was fresh and very tasty. overall, a great restaurant and i will definitely visit this place again and again and again.....
