自從屋企附近間外賣壽司折咗之後，好耐冇食過壽司，今日同老婆去咗筲箕灣愛東商場入邊嘅元氣壽司食午餐，叫咗兩個餐，分別係元氣定食同壽司定食，元氣壽司一向有唔錯嘅水準，食物質素一向保持高嘅水平，係一個可以持續去食嘅選擇
真係冇諗過筲箕灣會有元氣壽司！而且最吸引嘅係佢會有lunch set 同下午茶。
真係經濟又實惠，尤其是星期一至五下午去，完全冇乜人，唔使等位，環境又清靜。
所以大家可以考慮嚟呢度食個early dinner!
筲箕灣向來都冇乜日本餐廳，元氣咁岩就係屋企附近所以好就腳，而且元氣呢個老字號好小會中伏，價錢又唔貴。
叫左一d壽司，刺身，烏冬，同埋炸雞。
壽司算偏大舊，刺身都算厚身，而且好新鮮啊！一d腥味都冇！好多餐廳既海膽品質都麻麻，但元氣既海膽今次意外好鮮甜！一d都唔臭！每次食元氣我都一定叫炸雞！因為30蚊有4隻超抵食，而且炸得一d都唔乾，超juicy啊！我一定會叫waiter比d沙律醬我，炸雞同沙律醬永遠都係絕配！
Happy family day! We went to Genki Sushi for afternoon tea around 4:30p.m. We didn't have to wait at all and got to choose any table we wanted. My family occupied a table for 4 next to the sushi belt.We ordered 2 afternoon tea sets upgrading to 2 additional hand rolls and sashimi. On top of the tea sets, we also ordered a few more sushi and puffs. They delivered all the food to us at the same time so we had to eat the hot/warm/fresh food first and leave the cold food till later. Tea set upgrade: 軟殼蟹手卷 was freshly made! The 軟殼蟹 was warm and the seaweed was very crispy and fresh! Yummy! My son had quite a few sips of these! Great value for money!Light food of tea set: 紅豆今川燒 was ok. There was quite a lot of red bean paste fillings. But I wished it could have been warmer! Tea set upgrade: 赤海蝦刺身. Fresh as always. Yummy! Great value for money!Sushi: We ordered 2 tea sets: the one on the right was one set including 蟹籽沙律, 長鰭吞拿魚, 赤海蝦, 蒲燒鰻魚 and 三文魚; the one on the left would be introduced further below. We ordered some extra 赤海蝦 sushi and 蒲燒鰻魚 sushi on the middle plate. Sushi was good in general, especially our favourite red shrimp, except that the ones with seaweed like 蟹籽沙律 and 太卷 had become very very soft. Another sushi set: 軟殼蟹 in the roll had become too soft again. The rolls were not as good as the sushi. But I would say ok given the price. Anyway, we wouldn't have ordered this if we hadn't brought our son along in order to give him more choices.Side dishes of tea sets: Caesar Salad with Salmon. The salad dressing tasted good. Vegetables were fresh. Salmon was ok too.Light food of tea set: 日式燉蛋 was very smooth. Good given the price.Ordered some cream puff as desserts. The cream inside wasn't particularly fatty. A fresh end to the meal!
