The first time I had Subway in Hung Hom I was gobsmacked, $35 dollars for a sandwich loaded with ham, the sauces were amazing, the staff were kind and patient. Wow, this was a total different story and a smack in the face, turning Subway into one of my least favourite chains immediately. I really don't think I'll be looking forwards to heading back there anymore.I ordered the vegetarian patty, and to be honest, just the process of watching them make my sandwich turned me off. Those guys did the sloppiest job, slapping on the cheese like it's nothing, then dumping it in the oven to heat up. They were also really impatient whilst I was ordering even though there was no one waiting in line. I had the sweet onion sauce and honey mustard, but I could only taste the sickenlysweet flavour from the sweet onion sauce, and no mustard flavour at all. It was like ordering a sandwich with a patty inside, dipped in McDonald's sweet and sour sauce.

This Subway was ok when it first opened, has only gone downhill since then.Staff often ignore you and like to talk to one another rather than take your order.The Octopus machine is broken most of the time and they only tell you its broken after making your food.When there yesterday to get the attached meal deal, "Buy 1 get 1 FREE (buy any 6 inch sub or any footlong get another free)". Turns out this IS A SCAM. I shouled teh lady the receipt for the offer she said "OK" SHe made my order and the guy told me I had to pay $12 extra as its only part of a $12 meal deal upgrade.There is no mention of this, I wanted my $27 sub and thats it, I didnt want the stupid coke (1) and the nasty (2) cookies. Anyway, how can two people eat two subs, two cookies and one coke? I told the guy it didnt say any of that on receipt, he told me its the offer. LOLEmailed headoffice in USA and they forwarded to some guy in HK (Vxxxx) he told me I should know that this is not the full offer and that "any one who visits twice a year would know..." lol. y:
