I think Pho Vi is the replacement of the former King Prawn Vietnamese restaurant, and it’s a huge improvement to the old establishment.The food is far better (I ordered the cold Moan vermicelli w/ shredded chicken & spring rolls), the decor more attractive and clean, and the staff more helpful and friendly.There’s no 10% service charge that I’m aware of, so it beats places like Pho Saigon (on Heard St) and the prices of the dishes are lower too.
