環境：對海、有冷氣、幾涼快但係食物味道淡而無味 我地叫左個蛋餅, 不但冇蛋味,蛋炒到老過你啊婆塊面。

最慘係酒杯洗得唔乾淨，仲有奶白色的污跡。

倒酒果個仲要倒到我女朋友條裙濕晒。

趁假期前Happy hour黎chill下！尖東香格里拉既Tapas Bar，室內環境優美 室外開揚 好適合同朋友同事傾計relax！ 價錢偏貴 不過酒店黎講算合理 有埋買一送一更抵～❎ Negroni ($155)本身諗住叫唔重酒味既 但依款個咪勁怪 唔推薦✅ White Sangria ($155)送果杯轉左叫White Sangria 味道正常好多 幾好飲～✅ 36個月黑毛豬火腿 ($338)超正 夠乾身 香味十足！✅ 芝士拼盤($260)4款芝士都味道唔錯！ 特別中意西班牙牛奶芝士 送酒一流!➡️ Garlic Prawns ($220)偏貴 不過夠惹味

2/5Cold cut is fine, the portions is a little too much. Spanish octopus fine, “too” tender octopus, like the potato in there. lamb skewers fine, if you like soft texture and weak lamb aroma, you would like it. Not good not bad...My knowledge you won’t grill the seafood to make ceviche. You use citrus juice to raw cook marinaded it?

Came here to try as the venue looks quite nice, situated inside the Kowloon ShangriLa, with a waterfront view. The menu is mainly tapas, with a variety of grilled skewers and main dishes like steak and burgers for generic western food in addition to Spanish dishes like Paella. We tried the Traditional Paella. It was not bad but not great. More like some Spanishstyle dish that used Spanish ingredients like chorizo, but didn't really taste authentic at all. We had a clear view of the kitchen from our table, and I could clearly see that the rice was cooked in a regular saucepan, and then scooped into the paella pan at the end to serve, so it really is just for show. What's worse was that during the cooking process, as the chef was adding ingredients into the saucepan, he opened one container, had a sniff, before scooping some of the contents in! Shouldn't all your ingredients be freshly prepared?! This was a bit of a shock to me. Anyway, the taste of the paella was ok. It was mild, I couldn't really taste saffron, but the rice was yellow in colour and had a nice chew. I feel like I could've had this at any cha chaan teng for a fraction of the cost. Well, live and learn.
