i ordered beef stew. portion is tiny, if you have normal appetite, that’s definitely not enough. there are a few (34) small bites of beef in the bowl, which is very old and can hardly chew; sauce too salty, if there was rice, that would be much better. bread is cold and taste sour, guess it has been put out in the air for a quite a while; there are 6 big potato wedges with only a small (ard 2cm x 3xm)melted cheese on top, so the wedges are almost tasteless...it costs me $162given the condition in HK right now, i definitely won’t come again for such standard of food, not to mention it’s not cheap at all. you have a lot of other choices ard TST east.

之前經過見環境幾好，所以諗住openrice下睇下食評，唔記得名，咁search 尖沙咀中心，但search唔倒，咁算啦可能我記錯building, 照嚟食啦，嚟到睇清楚個名用名嚟serach又有喎，有啲費解？環境幾好，有in door 同 outdoor位，outdoor 係有瓦遮頭，入去就係cashier bar ,menu 擺喺近門囗位置，咁我地自己攞咗menu揀咗窗邊位慢慢睇，因為今日落雨，如果唔係可能坐outdoor ,原來主要食包，無意粉，pizza之類，有set lunch HKD138, 包加湯同飲品，咁諗住叫牛油果三文魚三文治，出去落order， staff話原來set lunch 138係每日有指定餐，今日係牛油果多士，如果我想要三文魚就俾正價，貴少少，咁我就選多士加macha啦！其實都係差唔多我想要嘅野。
先嚟嘅係macha ,杯係無耳仔嘅，所以我覺得係用碗嚟裝咖啡，唔係杯，感覺有啲攪笑，飲落一般般，無乜咖啡香，奶味濃咗啲。
之後上嘅係牛油果吐司，賣相幾好，湯好淡，旁邊有海鹽，可自己調味，沙律菜都幾新鮮，雖然我麻麻鍾意食沙律菜，牛油果幾香，不過吐司淋咗，其實牛油果同吐司分開上會好啲。
雖然食物唔算好好味，但坐得好舒服，喺返工日，尖東有旅行嘅節奏同感覺實在難得，特別喺疫情，裁員同無得去旅行嘅氣氛下更加可以令人有喘息嘅感覺

麵包有點硬，配湯的口感最好。
湯的顏色很鮮，南瓜味很濃，但不會感覺很重澱粉的濃。
Toast 比想像中大份，根本就是Pizza 吧！🍕🍕🍕上面的配料很多但因為是額外放上去的，所以有點難切。
底層是塗了甜甜茄醬的麵包，配料有大量洋蔥，但菠菜的成份只有像點綴的小小菠菜醬😔除了菠菜的小失望，整體感覺算很清新，很有light breakfast 的感覺。
朋友帶我黎呢間比利時餐廳，話要扮下歐陸high tea呢日下晝餐廳內得兩三枱食客，環境好寧靜舒服。
我地share左一份青醬雞肉配藜麥同一份waffle。
青醬非常香同creamy,雞亦都夠滑，撈埋d藜麥一齊食真係好健康！至於個waffle就普普通通，夠脆，但我地覺得好薄好細份，比較唔抵食。
尖東尖沙咀中心，除左幾間享有維港景色有名氣的酒吧，要健康都有選擇。
尖沙咀中心向內，對住帝苑同好時中心方向，有一間叫 Le Pain Quotidien 既輕鬆cafe。
佢有少少類似Starbucks m, Pret A Manager, Pacific Coffee，利用木材營造輕鬆自然既感覺。
配合户外幾張枱櫈，的確係尖東一個人或相約好友輕鬆𣈱談的好地方。
佢地食物係西式輕食，有咖啡茶果汁。
尼個夜晚，係附近做完運動，就叫左杯 Beet Booster。
佢係以紅菜頭做主角既一杯即制健康飲品。
飲落完全無蔬菜汁既草腥味，反而有絲絲令人感覺refresh既味道。
飲品質地比較厚，飲完都飽肚左一半。
絕對係運動後既推薦飲品！
