好鐘意呢間面包店，特別鍾意佢嘅酸種包，大大個都係3,40蚊，夠我食兩日啊🤣另外新鮮出爐嘅牛角包都好正😋佢都有傳統港式面包，味道都唔錯😄仲有仲有，芝士蛋糕都唔錯哦🥰

大嶼山也有好出色的bakery shop. 早天入去買了個sourdough $38 及一個Cheese Cake $200. 兩個都好好食。

Sourdough 唔係咁多地方有做，聽說好多工序，及要準備好多野，同分時間做，所以有得買，都係好值得支持，而且都係水準之作！（味帶酸，喜歡與否，見仁見智！）個Cheese Cake 唔貴，但都有酒店水準！👍🏻😋

Went to the Village Bakery for an afternoon snack. Original plan was to try the famous apple tart, and found that it was sold out at the cashier. Therefore, I got the walnut tart instead.Turned out the walnut tart was so yum! Simply love the toasty crust, the crispy walnut as well as the moist sweet custard filling❤️❤️The bakery also has some indoor and outdoor seating. Great for a quick tea time snack!Will definitely be back for the apple tart and other pastries😋🌟Suggest to visit earlier to try the apple tart (I arrive at around 4pm that day and apple tart was gone).

在網上看過梅窩這裡有間由一班外國美女自家製酸種麵包很好吃，今日既然來到就一定去試試。

店子不太但非常整齊好有一種說不出感覺，有點似走進外國鄉村裡的自家小店一樣。

我們買了麵包及咖啡，果然是名不虛傳，麵粉優質恰當發酵時間，香軟脆的麵包過足口癮，凍咖啡好有奶香但奶份量比咖啡多了點，凍齋啡比較好好多淡淡咖啡口感順滑。

👍提子玉桂麵包陣陣玉桂粉香，不過個人口味黑糖粒較多，所以比較甜如減少了比較好食，不過我喜歡玉桂味麵包是軟熟的所以還好。

😋還有貝殼蛋糕也不錯，牛油份量不太多蛋味香，口感香軟好食。

👍酸種天然酵母發出來的麵包更添嚼勁，內裡有合桃、杏脯同提子加添咬口加添健康。

I liked it!😘

Value for money sourdough, we bought a large one. The texture is a more solid than a regular sourdough. I had it with peanut butter on toast for breakfast and made sandwich for lunch. This is beyond a regular bakery, they even sell granola, ham and all sort of goodies. This is also a nice breakfast place as well.Will definitely come back again and try other bread.
