♥好滿足充實的休假日，今天嚐遍了美味的食物♥ 。

今天從灣仔靠著IPhone 的地圖(open rice的方向導航哦！) ，一路從灣仔 坐叮叮車把我導航到北角的日出茶太，日出茶太專賣台灣食物，當然吸引了身為台灣人的我，我是慕名而去的 ( 流口水)同是台灣人的老闆，帶走了幾份 微笑招牌總匯三明治. 分享給台婆姐妹們後，雖然太晚回到家，把熱騰騰的烘底三明治 變成冷冰冰的宵夜，但是 超驚奇：【日出茶太的 微笑招牌三明治】 吃完真的我都微笑了，看似平常的總匯三明治，特別是那塊肉讓我回想到台灣確實美味的漢堡肉haha 第一次的美味嚐鮮 真是幸福！ 可惜太遠了，不然我一定是這間在港 台式美而美的VIP粉絲 ♥ 還有超推薦 台灣原味原汁的「珍珠奶茶」 來港居住了近7個月 ，ps 我是非常愛喝奶茶的食客，香港各家曾得過名的「奶茶」我都去探訪過了，總算在這找了一杯正宗珍珠奶茶！ 讚 推薦給大家！

To be honest, I'm a big fans of 貢茶 and Happy Lemon.For 日出茶太, this is my second time trying.Maybe my first visit (X years ago in Mongkok) ..... ordering the same drink, it was just terrible!!!!One of the worst 珍珠奶茶 I've ever had!Just tasteless!!!!I think I had only half of it and threw it out.That's why I never went back to 日出茶太 again!But I was craving for a bubble tea this evening before dinner .... and it's really not convenient for us to walk to 貢茶 ..... so that's why we went and I'm so glad we did!!!!It's really not fair for me to writeoff this bubble tea shop after that terrible experience ..... because it's not the tea shop that doesn't have good recipes .... but the branch itself to not follow it properly and be cheap and not give enough ingredients to make it taste good!!!!We ordered one of their specialties, 十勝紅豆奶茶.I've already asked for 1/3 sugar only ....... but it's still rather sweet, so next time I'll do no sugar (as the red bean and bubble already have syrup taste).But what I really like about them is that their tea taste tends to be stronger than ones I had before, you can really taste the tea and not just the milk/sugar.

I remembered reading GourmetKC's recent review of a 日出茶太 branch,from which we were informed 日出茶太 has introduced a Stronger Tea leaf flavoured bubble tea for an extra $2.0.I was quite looking forward to that. What intrigued me the most when I arrived, is that I saw the newew stronger version '濃香奶茶' being advertised with a temporary piece of stuck on paper which covered the original description even though this shop is brand new and has barely opened for a few days.Anyway, perhaps it is only this branch but we did not need to pay an extra $2.0 for the stronger version, as the shop assistant insisted that from now on, all their Tea base will be the stronger one by default! ************* STRONG BUBBLE TEATEAhere was definitely stronger than before, when I'd tried another cwb shop many months ago.A vast improvement! MILKwise, I'd actually forgotten the last time I drank this, I thought it tasted too much like 奶精.This time this was reduced by a lot due to the portioning of tea vs milk powder, but it was still apparent.PEARLSat this shop were TOO SOFT and overboiled, it was unpleasant to eat. 夏日水果茶This was with 50% sugar only and it was quite sour indeed, but refreshing but in a slight artificial, diluted from cordial type of way.The fruits at the bottom were ok good though.************************FOR SOME REASON, THE AREA AROUND HERE SEEMS TO HAVE WORSER BRANCHES OF THE BUBBLE TEA HOUSES. LIKE SOMEONE HAS MENTIONED, THE 'GONG CHA' NEAR TO 知粥嘗樂 HAS A VERY WEAK TEA BASE! UNBELIEVABLE. WHY CAN'T THE SHOP OWNER OR WORKERS REALISE THIS?
