雲壽司 Sushi Kumo天氣熱又勾起食靚壽司慾望,omakase 不時不食,由專業發板就最食到時令魚生,不過多數定價唔平。

今次試左定價較平易近人嘅雲 Kumo 包括4件刺身, 8件壽司體1件手卷。

大施羅呈淺粉紅色,魚油比例極高,肉眼可見分布嘅雪花紋理, 魚脂香味濃甘香,帶點筋位所以都帶咬口粒貝,肉質幼嫩爽口,帶淡淡海水香味。

牡丹蝦呢款較為遜色,差了點甘甜赤貝,亦係我壽司常pick 選擇,呈橙紅色, 肉質爽厚鮮味金目鯛,係鯛魚中油分最豐富,燒過魚脂香味更出 ,口感幼嫩豐盈平政魚腩,雖然係腩部位,帶其獨有魚味,清香而油份不會過膩,肉質結實有口感。

吞拿魚 腦天,原來係吞拿魚頭頂的肉,我都係第一次食,腦天多脂肪少筋位,口感軟滑,火炙後入口半溶於口中 ,魚香味好出 北海道海膽,呈橙黃色, 口感好細膩 creamy,而且好鮮甜,真係有去到日本味道赤鯥 , 入口肥美鮮甜,肉質嫰滑,唔錯伊佐木 白身魚,色呈白裡透紅,肉質軟腍帶微爽脆,甘香,燒銀鱈魚,平時食銀鱈魚多數用黎做西京燒,估唔到原來火炙後口感軟嫩,做壽司都好食最後係吞拿魚蓉手卷, 紫菜香脆,中間係塞滿滿吞拿魚,滿足

公眾假期放假,特登同朋友仔出左港島行街,影下相。

晚餐大家一早揀左雲壽司,之前食過幾次都好唔錯。

上次試左Omakase廚師發辦,印象都幾好,除左Omakase廚之外,雲壽司仲有壽司、卷物、刺身、海鮮丼等選擇,食材全部每日由日本空運到港,夠哂新鮮!朋友揀左北海丼,我就揀左特上壽司拼盤~北海丼有齊吞拿魚腩、油甘魚、赤貝、牡丹蝦、海膽、三文魚、三文魚籽,款款都好新鮮,一上枱勁吸引。

推薦富油脂甘香既吞拿魚腩,脂肪味道相當濃郁,入口即溶;牡丹蝦蝦肉甜美、啖啖細綿帶爽,三文魚籽色澤明亮飽滿,味道濃稠。

特上壽司拼盤,十件壽司整齊排列。

有吞拿魚腩、深海池魚、牡丹蝦、赤貝、海膽、三文魚籽、火炙左口魚邊、鯖魚、魴鱍、蔥吞拿魚腩。

推薦深海池魚質感爽脆油脂豐厚,厚切啖啖魚肉,魚味突出夠哂鮮甜~赤貝軟嫩中帶點爽脆,肉質肥厚。

位置超方便係蘭桂坊入口雖然然地方不算大,大約可坐12位但坐底後即使有隔板,可活動空間都好夠每件壽司既魚生都好大件而飯少而且魚生都好新鮮師傅既手勢好好打飯夠空氣就算反手魚生沾醬油都唔會分離$258 特上壽司拼盤 / 10件用料上盛單價每件都唔洗$30 性價比高吞拿魚腩)唔使多講油脂同花紋都好靚海膽) 甜及順滑單係呢件都抵返晒三文魚籽) 帶有少少鹽漬味 新鮮飽滿好大粒赤貝) 好新鮮又大件, 每啖都係彈性十足爽口火炙左口魚邊) 輕輕火槍燒過油脂出晒嚟但不膩深海池魚) 感覺似帶子軟軟棉棉但彈牙$198 自選壽司十二件平均每件價錢都唔洗$20可以簡既款式都幾多下而且重點係每件魚生都大大件飯細細仲有幾款特上拼盤既靚壽司都可以簡Encore 火炙左口魚邊 油甘魚 蔥吞拿魚腩軍艦最好味係甜蝦唔止大隻仲好甜$68 刺身沙律三文魚+油甘魚+鯛+白身魚及大量飛魚籽組成刺身份量多到唔敢撈起怕整跌落枱每次夾起都係啖啖刺身同飛魚籽呢個價錢完全係食刺身送沙律

呢日約左好耐冇見既朋友去中環食飯,我地搵左一間日式餐廳食omakase。

呢間餐廳唔算好大,可以睇到師傅喺吧枱到處理食材。

打開餐牌,見到呢度有幾款omakase同啲套餐可以選擇,價錢喺中環黎講都算幾抵食。

我地點左雲 Omakase,呢個係呢間店既中價位omakase,質素已經超級高。

佢有4款刺身、壽司8件、手卷一條同埋一碗麵鼓湯。

全部食材都好新鮮,刺身入面既拖羅勁正,好厚身,又肥美,食落去回味無窮!海膽壽司係我另一至愛,海膽多到滿瀉啊!另外仲有特上壽司拼盤,如果冇咁高預算食omakase既話就可以選擇壽司拼盤,呢個拼盤有10款唔同既壽司,同樣係整高水準,每一啖都係高級既享受!
