這間位於IFC的餐廳走高檔快餐路線，入口位置的廚窗掛了不少原隻parma ham，餐廳座位不多，設計簡潔，可遠眺海景，偶爾在這裏吃個午餐或和三五知己共聚歡樂時光，不失為一個好的地點。

星期六午餐時間人流稀少，食客不多，餐牌簡單，主打三文治，當然還有少量頭盤甜品和酒類飲品。

點了mozzarella 珍珠茄沙律、truffle mortadella 和 parma ham burrata ，mozzarella 芝士口感不錯，但味道比想像中淡，珍珠茄也新鮮，可惜整體份量太少。

Truffle mortadella三文治的味道沒有想像中澎湃，可能因為truffle的份量少，而mortadella 味道也屬於清淡，如果truffle的份量多一點點，整個三文治會更滋味。

至於parma ham burrata 三文治的味道較為吸引，芝士份量適中，和parma ham的味道配合得宜。

整體來說，份量偏材少，食量大的朋友可能要多吃一份。

For the shop in that location inside IFC weExpect higher service and atleast decent food. Nothing like that. Service totally unprofessional. Everything come just for luck outside. Food I order ham & mozza I got tomato and... trace of Parma ham & mozzarella cheese. Maybe they use mozza to avoid to say mozzarella maybe just use less than half portion. Bread it’s not bread butsomethinglike cracker. Turkey salad was just salad. We don’t understand what was the cream down of plate!! Look like sauce of vitello tonnato... maybe something wrong! Tiramisu was at least decent. Will not back again.

Haven’t been here much after it revamped.It is always nice to sit around and relaxed at a cozy restaurant with nice seaview.Love the toasted ham and cheese sandwich with crunchy toasted bread and cheese melt in your mouth, yummy!Also very nice weather today sitting by the waterfront with airconditioning.
