had lunch there with my friends for a few times before. food are of very low quality. service is not good. didn't give them any tips!!! i'm not going there anymore... it's not worth it!

還記得多年之前,第一次光顧La Bouteille於德忌立街舊店,驚為天人,從此對法式私房菜情有獨鍾,而每隔三數月亦總會光顧這裡一次;早期水準尚可保持,但近一,年是每況愈下,最近這次應朋友之約而來再試,水準之差更是慘不忍睹,當晚之頭盆及湯還算勉強合格,但已是水準一般,主菜是完全不能接受的差,一半也吃完便已叫侍應收下。

本以為最隱陣的甜品亦失手而回,尤其本人的warm chocolate cake,得到的竟是連續次(己退貨一次)的"實心朱古力蛋糕仔",連侍應亦送上一句"今晚師父真的有點失準"以作贈興!其實法式私房菜經多年發展,汰弱留強,尚在市場上的大多是精英份子, 如貴價的有La Mieux Bistro, 中價的有Bonheur,以至$300以下的Chez Moi等等,全部都是各有所長,能令人清心滿意的高質素私房餐廳。

以La Bouteille現今的水準,實在找不到再來的理由,當晚離開時雖然仍禮貌地與在門前送客的夏先生道別說下次再見,..實則心裏想的應是後會無期了。

Today i went to have lunch inLa bouteille and the restaurant is totally unacceptable. First of all, i arrived at 1pm and they said most of the main dishes were already out of order and pasta is the only main dish that i can chose!!I ordered pasta at last and the dish was extremely terrible. The dish was so cold and tasteless. More than that, the portion was extremely small. I have ordered a dessert as well, the taste is just okay but the choculate cake was absolutely "tiny"! Apart from that, the tables of the restaurant is so close and the background is extremely noisy! I can hardly listen to my girlfriend!!The services was so bad and the waitress in the restaurant is so arrogant. It end up cost me $100 to eat tasteless pasta!!!All i have to say is that it is a rubbish restaurant!!

To抱不平,If you don't think the restaurant is that bad, you can say it out loud.But I think it's very rude to judge other's comments and think that they made up the story!I don't know what's your point of attacking me, but why don't you take a look at other people's comments.It's not just me who think the restaurant is bad.Everyone here deserves to give their opinions. I personally think the restaurant is shitty, but it doesn't mean you have to think the same.You haven't seen what I had experienced, you weren't there when I had my lunch at that restaurant, so who gives you the right to argue my points, who gives you the right to say my story is fake?!

I went to this restaurant 4 times.First visit in Oct 2006: It was quite good of both the environment and food. It's a shame that they did not have enough of Foie Gras for main course. Then, I proposed to go there for lunch again with my husband for celebrating wedding ceremony in Dec 2006. Oh, the main course is warm only (not hot), and they did not have enough dessert of Warm Chocolate Cake. The waitress' attitude are not nice too.Third time: I still wanted to give them one more chance. So, I went to there with friends for dinner in March 2007.This time, they did not have enough appretizer. There are 3 waitresses in the restaurant, but only one of them is responsible for taking order. You can't believe that we has waited for an hour for ordering food, and wait for another 30 mins for food coming.Fourth time (last time): My husband went to there in a few days ago, for celebrating colleague's birthday. This time, the restaurant did not have enough of both main course and dessert. So, we have to add extra money to choose another main course. And, the waitresses' attitude and service are so bad. All of us are very unhappy of having lunch there. I think the restaurant's owner should think about their food quantity (how come they don't have enough food all the time), and the waitress' attitude are so so bad that I can't believe.
