Environment and service: excellent service, the decorations are very classy and give a very cozy fine dining experience.Food: their meat is great highly recommend their butter chicken. Very tender chicken, roasted a bit and cover with very nice sauce. Unlike many curry place in HK with over spicy sauce, the sauce here tastes very authentic and with depth. We also had the lamb also very moist and tender. Kitchen: I deliberately watched for a short while outside the kitchen they have very wide, clean, bright and organized kitchen. This makes me feel a lot more confident about the food quality here.This is not those Chung King mansion curry place, but an Indian fine dining experience. Highly recommend this place.

話說其實我對咖哩呢樣野都幾有興趣無論係日式、泰式、印度、中式、港式……即使我唔係好食得辣我都會好想試下佢既香味質感:^)先前行中環，係藝穗會一帶見到Ista既推廣最後就搵日上左去試Lunch Buffet:^)環境舒適，靠窗位感覺都幾明亮客流不多，基本上餐廳內唔會好嘈好逼咁所以……當然都冇咩搶食既情況發生啦Mango Lassi係我飲過既最好飲首先冇過甜，冇藥水味，冇乸口係好清好新鮮既果味乳酪奶冇起粒，blend得夠滑Paneer芝士味香得黎唔會太過頭彈牙有嚼勁，感覺不膩Garlic Naan蒜香重，油份不多表面有碎蒜，但唔會感覺到辣嗆Naan脆得黎有焦香味，咀嚼之間可以感受到微微麵粉香甜味雜果沙律清新開胃酸酸甜甜既味道都幾自然醬汁其實甚似係yogurt，感覺creamy但唔會好肥膩牛油雞香辣微甜，食落係有點creamy有點油雞肉唔算太老，冇雪味冇血水，肉香一般但夠味炸蝦炸粉薄，因而好吸油，易淋不過蝦仁係大粒同埋冇雪味既:^)Chicken Tikka有微微焦香味好少燶到黑苦既部分，點到即止同埋夠香，食果陣會有雞汁雞油滴（Y）乾身魚咖哩是很辣的本身我係唔太食得辣既人，不過都算中意食既咖哩乾身同埋多油浮面通常會辣d加上佢魚柳易入味，所以食落去真係好辣魚柳都係冇咩雪味，算爽口唔係霉霉爛爛Rasmalai甜度高，但未覺過油膩奶球奶香味濃郁，好吸味道花奶有開心果碎，唔會太甜，感覺係creamy重奶香
