返工已經路經幾次Homebake，不過收工時都已經傍晚時份，選擇的麵包都開始晤多，難得今日早咗起床，返工前買了個英式鬆餅(scone)做早餐，都大大個，看來烤得都幾美，價錢都晤平，都要$18一個，後來在收銀處看到有迷你玻璃瓶蜂蜜或草莓果醬，都是$7一個，想食到最好當然買個草莓果醬回到公司用了焗爐烤熱一陣，一咬鬆餅質感有點太鬆軟，牛油味都一般，質感晤夠實，而草莓果醬都晤算太好食，草莓味都是好一般又微甜， 整體評分晤太有期望，可讚鬆餅烤面都烤得火喉均衡!

中環開左 Homebake麵包， 喺地鐵站附近，佢除左麵包之外，仲有 Salad Bowl， 佢有一啲已經係配好嘅材料，而另一款選擇係自選的，由$68 起沙律材料都幾新鮮，而且有多款材料選擇，有温泉玉子、莎樂美腸、醃蘿蔔、燒牛肉、秋葵等， 醬料又有六款選擇，再可以加唔同嘅topping，有生薑、杏仁、海苔絲、南瓜籽等等另外吐司都係推介，Signature Loaf $28，吐司有好多款味道選擇，有紅豆綠茶等。
佢哋個英式鬆餅及牛角包都好好味
Happy Friday! I have decided to go on diet ahead of weekend feast, or I planned for it!This yummy caesar salad is enormous compared to the regular ones you have around in Central, definitely value for money! The salad was fresh and made on ordering. Only downside is that I was planned to go for some light, be instead this salad bowl automatically comes with large amount of bacon (though I have to admit it was rather tasty). Besides, they allowed me to swap one of the item in the salad for another of my choice, so I picked the Italian sundried tomato to replace the Soy Sauce Rice!! they use paper packing unfortunately still with plastic lid, but already a big step up for the enivronment! Below are the set menu and the builtyourown meal fyi:
在萬邦行地下新開的西餅店，初初開都要排隊買嘢。
眼見大部份都是買一般的麵包或蛋撻，反而好少人買西式的西餅。
見到食評，想過來試試他們的招牌芒果拿破崙及鹽焦糖焗芝士蛋糕。
買了每樣各一件回去公司作下午茶，30幾蚊一件，普普通通的價錢。
西餅都算大件，可惜質量是一般般。
拿破崙都香脆，不是太甜，但是吉士餡料就不是很出位。
沒有想像中日本西餅的質素。
鹽焦焗芝士蛋糕亦沒有其他的餅店軟滑。
焦糖鹽加在底部，要食到最後先至食到salt caramel 的味道。
西餅勝在大件，亦不甜，share 食都ok.
Don’t know what everyone is complaining about, tried the salad bar today (ordered wasabi sumarai) & it was really good! Every ingredient in the mix was just the right amount. A good amount in total for lunch, but might want to add a pastry item if you’re hungry.
