My friend and I visited BEP Vietnamese on Wellington Street at 7pm on a Friday evening. We hadn’t made a reservation, but it was easy to get a table (the restaurant was quite busy though). This is a large restaurant with plenty of indoor table seating available. It’s a smart, modern and clean restaurant with basic décor. There was a large Vietnamese menu available. Our waitress was extremely helpful in recommending dishes. I chose the Com Binh Dan (see picture). The food was delivered quickly. There was some bone within the meat, but the flavour was good, and it wasn’t dry. The egg, salad and rice tasted as you’d expect. I added some spicy sauce to add to the flavour. My friend ate the shrimp as I do not tend to eat seafood. We had tap water to drink.The restaurant was busy, and my friend and I had to raise our voices to talk due to the noise. This made for a good atmosphere. It’s a great venue to start the evening. There was a good mix of families with children and friends dining and drinking. My friend and I headed to Peel Street for a beer after. We were in the restaurant for about an hour. I’d recommend visiting BEP Vietnamese. It has a lunch menu available and is a short walk from exit D2 at Central station. The staff were polite and helpful.

Have been to the Kowloon branches for dinner quite a few times , first visit to this central branch and this is rather disappointing . Food was nice tho don’t get me wrong . I was there ard 2:50 and I was told by the receptionist/manager called Sau ? that the lunch menu is off as if it’s 3 soon , I’m like ok . A few minute later , a shinny looking lady possibly tourist from China stepped in and she was offered the lunch menu right the way . And the air con was switched off somewhere around 320 and hey it’s kinda hot in Hong Kong . Seriously I might have dressed a bit too chill for a french guy but hey should I wear my tex just for a normal treatment next time ? I will still go to bep but not this branch probably , a pretty poor choice of manager selection the boss has made.

I got severe food poisoning (ate avocado salad and fish rolls with their traditional sauce). I’ve been there client for several years, that’s sad to see that they don’t follow proper hygiene and food safety requirements

This used to me one of my fav Viet food place. Had Beef pho and chicken wings for lunch, feeling thirsty for the rest of the day.Very disappointed that the quality has gone down so much within a few months. Even the lady sat next to me says the food is not the same (good?) as before...They gave out alcohol wipe, thats the only good thing.

同朋友黎晚餐,還境較昏暗,情調唔錯。

叫左個叻沙,湯底味道平衡鮮甜,好豐富有唔同食材,米粉索曬湯底,精髓所在。

通菜正正常常,無特別。

牛肉撈檬都好味,見d牛偏黑,食落淋身有嚼勁,咸咸甜甜,撈埋個sauce, 唔錯
