平時返工放工都喺九龍區，放假特登過港島行下。身為pancakes狂熱分子，bookmark咗呢間cafe一段時間，今日終於試到！▫️Belgium mini pancakes ($108) 3.5/5一口班戟配搭香芋雪糕同seasonal fruits，班戟咬落鬆軟有蛋香，班戟夾住生果同雪糕食落吾太膩。但係份量較少，呢個價錢嚟講性價比有啲低。▫️Gemincha latte hot ($55) 4/5Matcha latte就飲得多，玄米茶latte就第一次飲。飲落有好香嘅茶味，唔會好甜，牛奶嘅比例亦剛剛好。▫️Cold brew ($60) 3.5/5個樽幾可愛，啱晒打卡。冰塊入面有薄荷葉，咖啡飲到後期除咗本身嘅酸味，仲會多咗一陣薄荷味，又多一種層次。總結而言餐廳環境同飲品都唔錯，一邊飲嘢傾偈一邊睇下街景放鬆下都幾好嘅。值得一提，大廈洗手間牆身充滿上環特色，插畫好可愛😆Overall rating (5粒⭐️為滿分)味道：⭐️⭐️⭐️服務：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️環境：⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️性價比：⭐️⭐️⭐️

係中港碼頭落車過馬頭向上環方向行時會見到呢間開係轉角位有大玻璃窗嘅咖啡店一心只想要grab a drink 所以我只係簡單order左個espresso tonic🥤☕️咖啡表現正常，不過個designed takeaway cup 好靚好中意😻👻
After a long photoshoot, I dragged my sorry carcass to a nearby coffee shop for a drip of energy 🔋 and a plate full of joy ❤️ . I had never heard of the place but the good people of OpenRice seemed to enjoy it thus I thought I’d give it a try. The shop front is quite unassuming . It’s a chic black and white design with funky cartoon drawings on the white canvas. The illustrations continue in the interior of the shop as well as on the menu. Very cute!A secret shame of mine is that I often look at photos on a restaurant’s IG or OpenRice before ordering. I need visual delights to guide my decision and the first thing that popped out at me was definitely the croffle.It’s sexy. Wasn’t too bad on the taste buds either. Coated in powdered sugar, the waffle was a spongy delight.To wash it down, I chose a French Earl Grey with Milk which was an absolute winner. It came delivered to me in a small wooden tray with a beaker of milk and a black pot. Felt like I was concocting a new Earl Grey drink. All in all, it’s a nice and spacious coffee shop. Can definitely sit there for an hour or two to enjoy a drink with a book though be aware that it closes at 5:30 on a weekday.
每次幫襯呢一間coffee shop通常都係叫Piccolo同Croissant，因為佢呢兩樣野都做得好出色。
呢間coffee shop的Piccolo嘅奶同啡嘅比例做得唔錯，唔會偏側埋一邊，入口後仍有咖啡嘅after taste而又會feel到奶味，好balance。
以$25黎講，呢間嘅Croissant性價比都幾高，佢嘅酥皮做得好鬆化，有牛油香味但係又唔會太過油膩，佢焗到個皮有少少燶咁先至夠香夠脆，個Croissant入面唔會淋到成pat，個質地算唔錯。
呢間位於上環嘅coffee shop一向都知佢嘅咖啡好好飲，不過今日無飲到咖啡，反而試咗佢嘅Gemincha Latte(玄米茶Latte)，非常掂，個玄米茶好香茶味，濃淡度適中，因為有時茶味太濃會有機會出現苦味，但係如果茶味太淡就有機會飲唔到茶味，所以真係有啲難度，不過呢度調得啱啱好。
配埋啲latte泡沫，感覺非常良好。
另外叫咗一個Croffle牛角窩夫，其實就係用牛角包去壓扁成為Waffle，熱辣辣好好味，d酥皮夾扁後煙煙韌韌有少少麻糬feel，味道唔錯，配埋杯野飲就無敵。
