When I go for sweet soup, I usually pick Chinese sweet soup. Comparing with the Western's, I'm sure most of you would agree with me that Chinese's are more nutritious. Ginger Milk Pudding is one of my favourite among all of them. I once bought a packet of powdered ginger milk, and concluded that it better served to order.And this one, the timing to mix the milk and ginger juice was satisfied. The pudding was hot but so smooth. Nevertheless, the spice was not strong enough for me, maybe this suits most of people.

我好少留言..今次真係d野差到要我打食評之前都有幫襯過葫蘆館,覺得佢地d甜品都唔錯見佢搬左去新店,諗住外賣個薑汁撞奶.點知番到屋企一打開...我淨得見到d黃黃地既汁..完全唔知道d凝固左既奶去左邊..我好努力先搵到1,2粒疑似係奶固體既野而且薑汁味好淡咁我不如買包十字牌薑汁鮮奶仲平仲正啦!!依間野愈做愈差一定唔會再食...
之前食過出名的薑撞奶, 都OK嘅, 今次晚飯後食番個甜品, 點知仲差過我自己開粉嗰D。
首先燉奶, 淡而無味, 水撻撻。
西瓜蜜瓜布甸係小朋友食, 無得評。
之後係合核糊, 唔熱不特止, 仲要有一撻撻, 又無味, 基於唔想浪費, 都食晒嘅。
不過真係唔會再去食囉
食完晚餐想食甜品，就黎呢間試下。
黎到見到人多，於是改為外賣返屋企食，點知係等外賣既時候俾我見到令人驚訝既一幕，佢個豆腐花竟然係用係百福豆腐花！咁都算啦，返到屋企開 D 甜品出黎食，其中一碗薑汁撞奶竟然仲係流質！而另一碗雖然成形，但薑汁味太重，完成食唔到奶味... 唔合格！老公食果個燉蛋一D都唔滑，但已經算係最正常果碗...以後都唔會再幫襯！
在觀塘想食糖水, 除左APM外, 就要到呢頭附近先有糖水鋪膽粗粗入左呢間鋪仔,叫左個芒果西米露糖水本身OK, 芒果都新鮮, 不是用爛生果/隔夜生果整西米都無浸到發得好大椰汁OK喇, 其實糖水就好難出事, 執料姐係間鋪既環境差D, 如果同女友來, 要諗諗
