walking pass the escalator, our attention were drew by the fantastic smell of the Vietnamese chili and sauce. We were feeling Vietnamese immediately.Fried spring roll This one was hot, crunchy and crispy. They made perfect match with the sauce. The roll skin was so thin and was awesome. I love minced meat in the inside too. It was carefully seasoned. Then we had the Bun cha. it was beautiful. the bun cha was grilled to the scorch adding additional fragrance to the pork. And we had the beef pho. It was equally good.

平日中午時段跟男友去，點了雞肉串燒，同牛河。
牛河湯底非常鮮味，用料豐富，男友經常去越南出差，食得出湯底正宗，有當地水準。
可惜另外的雞肉串燒，非常鞋而且乾，食得出並唔係燒，而係炸出嚟，味道亦好一般。
近來喜歡上越南咖啡，早排一個人來飲熱咖啡，這裡熱咖啡的甜度比macaroon更甜，煉奶與咖啡的比例竟是一比一，從來未在其他越南餐廳見過如此比例。
難以入口的程度是，其實與飲糖水沒有分別，我只飲到極甜味，完全沒有咖啡味，我到過越南喝的咖啡完全不是這樣，我飲了兩口就放棄了。
今次不信邪，又覺得應該給他們多一次機會，一坐下，我們點了兩杯越南咖啡，我們沒有說熱還是凍，越南藉女侍應亦沒有問，沒有覆單，上桌時是兩杯凍咖啡，我們帶歉意說其實我們點的是熱咖啡，希望可以換成熱的。
女侍應一派她沒有錯的回應說，是我們點錯了，完全沒有更換的意思，當然沒有絲毫歉意。
這樣的食物質素這樣的員工，完全沒有回來第三次的必要，連給他們第二次機會我都後悔了。
黎到午膳時間，在正街上上下下行了一圈，便走入了位於高街這間越南店午膳。
店員先遞上兩杯水，一飲便有小驚喜，我望一望放在水吧的水壺，看個究竟，原來放了好多香橙同西芹，飲落去味道清新，個人即刻醒一醒。
由於早餐食得好飽，我地兩個人選擇了一碗生牛肉湯河同牛油雞翼便可以。
餐牌黎講，店舖只提供英文餐牌，可能因為呢區外國人較多的關係，我地要用d 時間閱讀餐牌先可落單。
I’ve tried that ago at Aberdeen street and Kennedy town. I would say that the Sai Ying Pun outlet is by far my favourite. Definitely will not go back to Kennedy town, the quality is definitely not in line with the other two restaurants. Aberdeen is falling behind a bit after having tried the Sai Ying Pun outlet.
