因為中秋節酒店有promotion, 最後失望而回...1) 戶外, 後面就係car parking ,無冷氣, 2) 要排隊等食, 2個人想靜靜2人world 都唔得, 因為唔排無得食, 已經無野好食, 3) 23 chef 炭燒, 等既其間熱到死 (欠缺安排)4) 唔值 HK$318/per head..5) 海鮮唔fresh..6) 熟食得3樣, 其中2樣勁 spicy, 通常唔fresh 既seafood 係整到好spicy?7) 等個朱古力米池, 要等一小時...最後等唔到, 上左房, 之前話11點到, 變左12:30 先到... 你估真係唔使訓咩?!? 酒店既廣告跟實際情況:不過, 鐘意飲野既朋友仔都可以選擇, 因為任飲!

We heard before this was quite a nice place for 爐端燒, we tried to book a table but it was always full, and finally we can able to reserve a table and try the mystery爐端燒 at the Terrance.First arrived, the hotel looks ok, however, when the waitress lead us to our table, it was quite shocking, They moved the restaurant from upstairs to the ground floor, outside the back door of the buffet cafe.The table was directly behind the back access road along the brush where the shuttle bus resting area is, and their staff all parked their cars along the road.You can actually watch the shuttle bus rapidly starting and stopping its engine after every trip and the driver leading against it with a cigarette while resting.OMG, where was the Tsing Ma Bridge view they mentioned !!Not to mention, we are the only table that night having 爐端燒.OK, since we parked our car there and reached our table already, let's give it a try on the food.They first served you with a BBQ stove with coal and we started order the food from the order menu.They don't have much choice but some of them seems quality stuffs so we THOUGHTshould be ok, but turns out as below:1) The "Large Head Prawn" turns out to be those clear water yuppies, totally tasteless !!! 2) They offer fresh oyster for BBQ, some of them looks ok but some looks like someone had put its feet on it before, but the conclusion is, those oyster were not fresh so be awared!!! 3) They already have not much choice, but they even running out of some food on the menu like Eel, bad !!! 4) Description on the menu were fancy but the real food were actually very local stuffs like directly from the supermarket.5) Ox Tongue is my all time favour but those they provided tough like rubber !!6) Misorder happened very seriously, everytime they only bought 6/10 of my ordered stuffs and filled up the rest of the plate with stuffs I didn't order. !!! 7) They took ages to bring the correct food to the table, and they don't have preheated coal to refill your stove,turns out my dinner took over 3 hours.When I asked if I can have more free parking hours the manager keeps saying max. is 2 hours, which mean I have to pay 2 hours for parking which cost me $50. !!!!Hey .. who's fault is that !!! 8) Only one good thing is .... the beef rib taste ok and it is the only food to fill up my tummy that night.The cost and quality were totally irrelevant and you will bring some souvenirs home ... Mossy on you feet.!!!Original price = $318I paid = $250 with 25%off coupon, even though, NOT WORTH IT !!!!!! I rather have KFC next time !!!!!

除夕大吃一餐，放棄傳統的自助餐，book了帝景的日式爐端燒，竟然即日book都有位。

一行四人，我們七點左右到達，起初以為是由大廚燒的，原來是自己燒，跟一般的自助BBQ一樣，不同的是我們用炭爐和網燒。

環境不錯，是在酒店七樓戶外，旁邊是青馬大橋，景色幾好。

起初以為會很冷，燒燒下就熱，旁邊亦很貼心的放了暖爐，小小的範圍，眼見只有四張檯，當日客人一共十二人。

食物選擇比想像中少，以海鮮和肉類為主，亦有數款瓜果類，多是貴價食材，而其實我反而想有廚師腸。

海鮮有十多款：巨型大頭蝦、巨型帶子、蜆、蠔、帆立貝、秋刀魚、蟶子、鰻魚、墨魚嘴......尚算新鮮肥美。

不過燒海鮮好煩，又驚不夠熟，燒好久，有時又會爆殼，小朋友要小心一點。

個人比較喜歡蟶子、墨魚嘴和帶子，蠔都OK，但有點苦。

汁燒鰻魚可以一試，好食！肉類都有十多款：和牛幾好食，裡面充滿肉汁，可惜個人對食牛興趣一般，最適合嗜牛者。

另外有牛舌、羊鞍、豚肉、牛肋骨、雞骨腸、雞軟骨、雞腎、雞肉......整體都不錯。

個人推介和牛、牛舌、羊鞍、雞骨腸、雞軟骨、雞腎。

瓜果類只有幾款，有日本南瓜、茄子、冬菇、蘑菇。

推介燒蘑菇，好爽口多汁，南瓜好甜美，食了好多。

調味料相當多選擇，有海鹽、椒鹽、照燒汁、檸檬汁、蜜糖、蒜蓉、七味粉......真是想點食都得。

另外送每人一碗味噌湯和海膽炒飯，最後甜品為綠茶雪糕，如果有多幾種味選擇更好。

每次落order都是給四人份量，雖然很大方，但太多了，可以改善一下，以免浪費。

有時想每款食物都試一試，但次次都給五六隻大蝦、一大碟牛舌，而最後吃不完，很浪費（雖然可能會回收再用）。

服務不錯，只有一個waiter負責我們幾張檯，見他走上走落應該都幾累，有求必應，又快手。

由於我們坐近播音樂的大喇叭，好嘈，之後幫我們關掉。

最大問題是toilet，要落樓下buffet餐廳的toilet，但只有一格！酒店buffet餐廳的toilet不可能只有一格吧！一旦人有三急要等好久！由七點燒到十點幾，有得玩有得食，不過價錢好貴，除夕都預了掠水，$538一位，四人BBQ二千幾元，確實不太抵。

平日只是二百幾，抵好多！
