這店在紅磡市政大廈附近，剛好經過，那買一隻雞回去孝敬老人家，（當然包括自己啦）就不用煮餸了。
買了一隻鹽焗江西雞＄６５，有一斤多。
雞切好後，師父還灑上很多芝麻和麻油，整隻雞就變得非常香。
雞肉吃來不太嫩滑，但也不至於粗嚡，其實也是很有雞味的。
再加上那麼多芝麻和麻油，還是不錯吃的。
