In the end, I decided to buy the banana bread, mini croissants and the Japanese cheesecake.Firstly, the banana bread was on point. Amazing banana aroma once I opened the packet. It was extremely soft and I could even taste some banana bits within the bread. Yum!Next the mini croissants were delightful. Very buttery inside and crispy and crunchy on the outside.Lastly, the Japanese cheesecake was divine. The texture was so creamy yet firm and I could taste the strong creamy cheese within the cake. I devoured the whole cake within minutes.Overall, a very good bakery with great tasty products. Top quality and very good value for money. Will definitely try some of their new products in the future.

個蛋糕外表幾靚呀，一開頭以為係朱古力蛋糕，原來係椰子蛋糕！最外層有層cream包住個蛋糕，跟住入面仲有椰汁糕，仲幾清新！好少蛋糕係椰子口味！因為食厭晒嗰啲雲呢拿朱古力芒果蛋糕，所以就來一個新意！呢個蛋糕都有餅底，脆脆，蛋糕一齊食咗可以增加口感！總括嚟講呢連我屋企人唔食蛋糕都話覺得好食，平時生日食蛋糕呢系好難先食得晒，但今次呢成個蛋糕都食晒啦！
今天全家去旅行，晨早要到達羅湖關口集合。
特地在粉嶺出一出閘，可以慳几蚊，順便在站內商店買個麵包做早餐。

在眾多包包之中，選擇芝士漢堡，配北海道牛乳。
付款後，待過關後，旅行團集合之時享用。
北海道牛乳芝士漢堡 呎寸細，表面有白色糖霜，一是容易弄污粧容，或者一地都是白粉。
所以要趕在上旅遊巴之前，消滅這個有白色粉末的芝士漢堡。
先咬一口，包身軟綿綿，中間夾有滑滑的牛乳芝士，但至少是証明是實心包。
牛乳芝士帶點酸，味道似Cream Cheese。
因為太肚餓，又或者是放假旅行的關係，覺得牛乳芝士漢堡很美味，一口接一口的，很快就將整個芝士漢堡消滅了！但嘴巴和地面，已經有一堆白粉～糖霜。
最後來一盒北海道特選3.6牛乳。
背包馬上減磅，輕輕鬆鬆上車去。
公司有訓練日，老細要我負責攞西位，因為要早上取餅，所以早兩日去餅店落訂，店員攞出瑋張所有西餅款嘅餐牌比我哋揀餅，我雙眼發光（之前未見過呢張餐單）我要晒所有款式，有多件數先攞多件！一次滿足我要晒所有款式嘅慾望（平時去餐廳，都會特登叫同同事唔同嘅款式）攞餅日好順利，交單攞餅5分鐘攪掂！白桃甜品杯（$22）呢款係餐單上無嘅（不過列印單上見到）好華麗嘅賣相，白桃爽口清甜，啫喱清爽，不過無乜桃味，慕絲軟滑，最底仲有層啫喱，桃味一般，不過一層層食口感幾爽，唔會太甜！幾好！店員有禮，其實我要晒西餅所有款式，佢打單都幾煩！又比餅卡，嘟餅卡要逐張嘟，我都覺得煩，佢哋都好有耐性，仲問埋我想點pack！ 幾好笑容！西餅曬冷
由細到大都特別鍾意食東海堂覺得佢無論麵包同西餅嘅味道都特別好味而且款式好多味道又特別最鍾意食佢嘅蒜香腸仔包鍾意食蒜頭嘅一定要試試腸仔包上邊充滿蒜頭粒底下嘅脆皮腸仔好爽口再加埋黑椒粒嘅番茄汁綜合起來真係好好味！好有意式風情加埋個麵包都好鬆軟帶甜味
