porcini mushroom dumpling ravioli in creme sauce 7.5/10 78HKD The cream sauce can taste Parmigiano Reggiano flavor, which is an Italian famous cheese. some little 粒粒 sandlike, which is real cheese sauce, not the same as those white sauces in the can. but it can be saltier, the pasta is al dente, but it is not handmade by the cookit is cooked from a pack of pasta premade. it was my first time trying ravioli. i am surprised by the texture and the black pepper on top makes it becomes more aromatic, aromatic. the filling is funghi porcini, the texture is a bit sandy, some tiny菇粒？! I expect a smoother and stronger taste of porcini. can ask for chili flakes which makes the pasta into another level. more 惹味. the chef is friendly, food is great, but not as wonderful as the FB pasta group said, the portion is very big and makes me feel full, Carbonara pizza 7.5/10 pizza has surprised me, the texture is great, crispy below but chewy, on top, the dough is not dry at all, but more cheese can be put, the egg is well done in the pizza, it will be better if it is Sunnyside up, pancetta is just normal, Will come back again to try meatball or ragu sauce tagliatelle, and maybe cotta cheese spinachfilled ravioli. ginger ale 8/10 lemon soft drink 6/10 the lemon soft drink didn't surprise me, but the ginger ale. optimal ginger flavor and smooth soft drink.
