<東涌質素唔錯既越泰菜>👍🏻呢間 mint & basil上網 search鰂魚涌有一間 但估唔到另一間就係東涌 自從3,4 年前海堤轉哂餐廳 後 呢個範圍大多係半餐廳半 bar型式既餐廳 呢間越泰菜環境算舒服 少少暗既燈 其實會有 d眼訓 😂 食物 menu選擇唔多 主要係越泰菜 味道都十分唔錯 👍🏻🍴蟹肉魚肚羹🐟細兜左 d . 但佢既蟹肉同魚肚都十分正 蟹肉係新鮮 夠厚肉🦀魚肚 粗身好爽 落足料 個湯既質感厚度適中 唔錯 ,.但我唔明點解越泰菜有呢 d 😂anyway好味就 ok👍🏻🍴軟殼蟹米紙卷🦀用少少魚子點綴增加口感米紙卷偏厚身 夾住新鮮既生菜同紫椰菜 帶 d甘甜味 軟殼蟹都幾香脆。

咸度適中 夾埋一齊好有層次感 點埋沙律醬都幾 match 👍🏻🍴蒜蓉包 4 件🍞呢個蒜蓉包好香脆 側邊帶 d燶邊 應該特登焗到甘 我個人接受到 個包中間口感好軟林 上面有好多生蒜蓉 都幾香 牛油 味十好香 最啱點咖喱食 😆🍴黃咖喱雞 🐥好香既黃咖喱 香料味多 但不辣 爽甜既粟子 洋葱 紅青椒 🌶軟熟既薯仔🥔加上少少椰奶 增加咖喱既香甜味 無論撈白飯 or蒜蓉包都好味🍴燒魷魚🦑呢個魷魚都大隻 燒得好香 魷魚夠新鮮 口感好爽彈 ,點嗰 d酸辣汁都好正🌶 如果可以燒得勁 d帶 d香脆 會更好🍴拼盤👍🏻拼盤有雞翼 春卷 蝦餅 香茅餅 , 蝦餅好香脆 蝦肉蝦膠彈牙🦐 雞翼 個皮炸得好夠香脆雞肉嫩滑🐥 香茅餅 好香 點埋蜜糖仲正 而春卷應該係越南春卷 入面豬肉落足料夠 juicy好味🐷 中間既沙律用左泰國木瓜 帶 d酸甜 切成幼絲 好清新 正🍴泰式蝦醬炒飯🦐🍚一上枱好香既蝦醬味 煎蛋半熟 d蛋皇流落飯入面更香 飯好香蝦味加上葱花辣椒 等等炒成 點 d青檸汁更香 而佢既甜豬肉都好爽帶 d豬油香 同飯好 match 😍🍴班蘭芒果卷🥭用班蘭整成既糕點 包住芒果 芒果幾鮮甜 同 juicy上面鋪左一 d佢地泰式既甜麵 好爽口同切得好幼身 口感好好 ,.夠哂特別， 好味😄🍴炸香蕉🍌出面嗰層皮夠厚身 炸得都算香脆 ,個人覺得可以炸燶多少少 再脆 d更好， 上面加左杏仁片夠香 香蕉熟程度剛好 唔好太熟 又有 d淋 甜度適中 唔錯Score 平均分 <7/10>Taste 味道：👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Present 外觀：👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Decor&Hygiene 環境衞生：👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Value for $ 性價比：👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Service 服務：👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻~~~~~~~~~~~~~Mint & basil東涌海濱路8 號 海堤灣畔地下 k鋪~~~~~~~~~~~~

食物，服務很好。

特別recommend青架喱雞肉炒飯同佢地既mocktail.其它食物均在水準之上。

加上餐廳戶外部份亦相當舒適，絕對系東涌晚餐既首選。

Strongly recommend to give it a try.I dont the rationale behind to write 200 words plus in order to become eligible in grading.Its so weired, btw, i live in Bangkok for 5 years and quite sure that the chef of the resturant should be Thasis.

We ordered Tom Yam soup. O the two bowls which turned up, one had left over noodles from another diner. When the socalled manager finally strolled over he asked for a replacement bowl and declared it ‘probably Ok’. We left immediately. The place is a health hazard, the management inept and the staff incompetent. They should be investigated by the food hygiene people and shut down.Do not go. Ever

Highly recommend for family meal or you have got a gathering meal with a bunch of people, the outdoor seating was super comfy!  Brought my family and friends (appx, 9ppl) to Mint & Basil Tung Chung last night after hiking, such a perfect meal for chilling after an  intensive walking, everyone was happy with their drinks and food. I have been here with my friends more than a few times, always a good place to rest after a beach day or a hike in Lantau island as it offer a variety of exotic Thai and Vietnamese food. It is not too crowded but close to the mall. The managers were friendly, we ordered a pork and beef skewer dish, that was my favourite and my mum loved the mango sticky rice dessert, a mustorder dish every time we came. 

Wonderful night out with my boyfriend, staff was very friendly and very welcome. The shop has been redecorated just open for half an year.We have order margarita with apple cider with a very reasonable price , and also a larger.They have both indoor and outdoor, and we were sitting outdoor because they have quite a few external air condition so it wasn’t very hot. But what I would like to mention is the Shisha . Have never seen anything as cheap as with such high quality. Everything were with fresh fruit. We have ordered pineapple with kiwi , so that was right it was With a real pineapple.Highly recommended see picture provided💓💓💓
