From Ole London Hotel, we walked towards La Senado Square. With a map in my hand, I managed to find this tiny shop that could only seats 4. There is a variety of congee served here and each costs not more than 16MOP, which I think is very reasonable considering its location and reputation. We ordered two bowls of porridge Meatballs Porridge and Pork Offal Porridge. Nothing too interesting about the offal but the meatballs were truly amazing. Being huge and meaty, each meatball has a tender and rather bouncy texture and is flavoured with the right type of seasoning which resulted in a very appealing taste.

里度o的粥唔錯呀！o的菱魚球魚蓉粥好出色喎！細細間都唔夠比八個客，但係食完都好回味！老闆娘又好好傾！自己生意，小本經營，用心製作，唔錯！唔錯！我會再來的！
經過咗失望嘅第一站之後，食得飽飽地，我地決定去食糖水。
根據「飲食男女」嘅描述，「合誠」最出名嘅就係芝麻糊，據說老闆每日都會用石磨去磨芝麻，所以磨出嚟嘅芝麻做糊，會特別滑。
去到舖頭門口，已經有大批遊客聚集。
個個手上都拎住一碗芝麻糊。
我地每人都嗌咗一碗。
我舀一匙望吓，發覺芝麻糊本身唔係話好香，而且好似有少少稀嘅感覺，彷彿有點兒水還水、渣還渣一樣。
食落去，一點也不能稱得上做滑。
唯一可以肯定嘅就係唔係用粉開嘅。
失望少不免，不過阿K發現一樣好攪笑嘅嘢，聊勝於無。
如附圖中所示，「魚蓉粉腸粥」十二蚊，但係「粉腸魚蓉粥」就要十四蚊，點解呢？答中冇獎。
吃過坊間不少芝麻糊，來來去去聲稱「石磨」滑溜，總是言過其實。
在我而言，能夠在鼻腔留有餘香、甜度不過火、有芝麻和米的石磨質感，就是一碗好的芝麻糊。
一直以來，我個人經驗，最好的始終是我媽媽自家制、真材實料、百份百石磨的袓傳秘坊芝麻糊。
所以來到福隆新街的合誠粥粉面，點了最愛的芝麻糊，也不敢抱甚麼大期望。
合誠老闆很快送上一碗黑得反光的芝麻糊，快嚐一口，便嚇一跳 從未在街上吃過如此「温柔」、能媲美我家出品的芝麻糊。
這裡的芝麻糊温度、甜度適中，散發著芝麻和米香，加上石磨磨出的質感恰到好處。
我一口接一口很快吃光了，雖然吃的環境不太舒適，坐在室外一張小方枱，因斜路不平而搖擺不定，但一口香滑芝麻糊帶來的滿足，已叫我甚麼也不在乎了。
岩岩星期六日去左澳門,27號特登去福隆新街搵野食,果日成條街都好靜~本來想去添發食翅,但係唔知點解休息一天,後黎都有幾個香港人一家黎話無開呀無開呀~~~跟住行過幾間見合誠有開,就食芝麻糊,芝麻糊無話真係好食到絕頂什麼之類,宜家要七蚊啦,"不"下佢就真係有D水係水,一堆係一堆既情況發生,但搞番都OK,可能賣果個"不"得太多都有關係~食落去係OK,唔似係話沖果D,間舖面邊上都有個磿~甘我唔知啦~~~但我覺得個甜度OK,平時屋企食沖既芝麻糊可以超甜,但呢間我覺得個甜度係唔錯~唔係話唔甜或話佢淡,宜家D人食野味道太重,所以覺得OK~行過休息食下都可以一試~
