好後悔（＞д＜），以前都幾好(≧０≦)，越來越差(￣ ￣|||) ，黑色招牌鍋貼凸(｀⌒´メ)凸，面線吾叫佢落香菜佢都吾加。

又一個星期六，下班回家，到屋企樓下已經差不多下午兩點。
去到八方雲集，見到張 poster不如就試試。
﹝後來才知道已經不是新產品，都出左好耐，只係冇留意﹞ 有驚喜。
喜的是回家後打開，發現餃子果然是如 poster般是綠色的。
驚的是有幾隻餃子爆開左，都唔知係包裝時已經這樣，還是回家途中給撞到了也沒有察覺到。
田園蔬菜水餃水餃皮是加入了蘿蔔葉造成綠色麵皮，是天然的綠。
﹝起初有少少擔心有怪味﹞味道沒有很特別，和平常的白色皮一樣。
蘿蔔葉有豐富的維他命A和C。
水餃內涵用了多種蔬菜，有高麗菜、紅蘿蔔、黑木耳、及番薯。
黑木耳有大量鐵質，可以用來當源料製造血紅素。
整體味道是很 match 和 fresh 和很爽口。
值得一試。
紫菜鱈魚丸湯鱈魚丸湯是我的 favourite，非常彈牙有口感而且鮮味。
不過，個湯只係滾水，我只係 enjoy 粒魚丸。
The dumplings taste ok, but the guy cooking them kept wiping his nose with this bare hands while cooking!It can also be seen that they cook vegetarian dumplings and meat dumplings on the same pan!
八方雲集的水餃和鍋貼都是我的最愛。
本人十分喜歡韮菜，所以一定會吃韮菜水餃，口感清爽，內涵不帶半點油膩，豬肉味道香濃，湯汁鮮甜，絕對是上等的美食。
再說鍋貼，形狀方便進食，煎得恰到好處，外脆內軟。
金黃色的邊散發出陣陣香氣，而咬一口會發現，其實內涵熟透卻不稀爛，煎了更能帶出豬肉的濃香。
招牌鍋貼，實屬佳品。
