我點左個雙拼粉面餐（無包）碗麵一樣係咁細碗，份量仲得三分一咁滿。
隔離隻mouse仲大過佢。
第一次食完早餐仲係肚餓！
早幾天午飯時間路過呢間新開嘅餐廳，門口嘅天使壁畫同主打海藍色嘅格局，以為係間供應西餐歎咖啡嘅Cafe。
當晚收工後抱住嚐新嘅心態入咗去，坐低睇咗個Menu先知道係集合咗冰室，茶記同精緻中菜嘅小店。
當晚柯打咗琵琶豆腐同爵士燉湯，打開燉盅蓋見到哈蜜瓜粒，螺頭，金華火腿，瘦肉粒同雞腳，賣相同味道遠遠高過我對呢個價錢嘅期望（單點好似係$68，加配只係$26），味道清甜，完全沒有口渴，我KO晒啲湯料同湯我已經飽咗7成。
而琵琶豆腐上枱嘅時候我會用驚訝黎形容賣相同材料，點解可以個芡汁全部都係瑤柱絲，琵琶豆腐係新鮮現炸，結果我KO晒成碟。
見到隔離枱點嘅其他小菜同樣擺盤精美。
茶記嘅價錢但私房菜精緻出品，係什麼嘅經營理念呢？我唔理解，只希望冰室可以繼續保持水準，我哋呢啲為食友每次食完都係開心滿足地離開，成為一眾上環友嘅飯堂呀!! 前晚再返餐廳幫襯嘅時候見到已經加裝玻璃門，解決了之前冷氣唔夠流通嘅問題，不用再開風扇仔喇。
超級推介燉湯同小菜。
Sunday afternoon and I met boyfriend for lunch in Sheung Wan. But by the time he got here, it was already past lunch time and most places had closed. Then we saw this place: 天使冰室 (English name: Angel Restaurant). Hungry and hot, we just decided to eat here. The restaurant is oddly up a flight of stairs. The place was a fair size and seating was not cramped. However, there wasn't enough air conditioning. I started to think perhaps they didn't have it on as people turned on their portable fans.Menu is in Chinese only. There is no 10% service charge. Sets came with a drink.I ordered this: Stir Fried Beef with Rice Noodles ($49). This was a bit on the salty side and the beef was very chewy. Portion was ok but I've had better elsewhere.Boyfriend ordered this: XO Sauce Seafood Fried Rice ($48). There wasn't much XO sauce flavor. Not that we could tell. Portion was ok and the rice was not too oily. There were plenty of seafood bits such as shrimp and squid.I'm not sure why the air conditioner wasn't turned on but other than that the food was ok though a bit on the salty side. Price not expensive at all. It also took a while to be served. Doubt we'd be back.
