I remembered the green tea chocolate cake and the lemon cheese tart were so delicious last time that I had been looking forward to coming back to try other cakes. This time I ordered the Blueberry Cheese Tart. Unfortunately it was so disappointing. While the blueberries were ok, the tart base was not crispy at all and easily broke apart from the cheese. The cheese itself was quite hard and was not smooth at all. In general, very disappointing

與朋友慶祝生日之下，今日經過上環的時候就順道去了Italian Tomato購買蛋糕去慶賀一番吧﹗Italian Tomato近來有每年1度的櫻花蛋糕系列，朋友們都喜歡櫻花的產品下就自然選擇了桜の花見吧﹗13cm 的蛋糕售$198其實不算太平，所以就真的要嘗試是否抵食吧。
櫻花蛋糕很多時都強調兩部分：櫻花漬及櫻花忌廉的味道。
Italian Tomato所夾附的櫻花漬都是咸咸的醃製出來，所以都保持到櫻花的風味；而櫻花忌廉的味道不算太濃及太甜，所以吃起來會比較易入口而不會太滯。
13cm的尺寸對45人來說都頗足夠。
而且粉紅色的忌廉做出櫻花花瓣的感覺做得很靚﹗所以綜觀來說都這價錢都真的是抵食吧﹗^^
Tiramisu meaning "pick me up", "cheer me up" or "lift me up"終於捱過一周辛苦的工作，想找一些小東西cheer me up,奬勵一下自己，當然第一時間想到我最喜歡的甜品Tiramisu。
我人生第一次認識Tiramisu,便是透過Italian Tomato。
從此我最愛的甜品便是它。
雖然人大了,財富多了，選擇亦相應增加，但是我還是喜歡這裏的Tiramisu.10多年來這裏的質素一直沒有改變，喜歡面層薄薄的咖啡粉，令整個蛋糕增添生氣。
喜歡他海綿蛋糕跟cream的比例，不會令人覺得過分heavy.今次還試了他們的焦糖香蕉撻。
香蕉味十分濃郁香蕉焦糖跟朱古力的配搭簡直是天衣無縫令我食過返尋味。

趁住中秋節前，跟好幾位相熟的食友姊妹 CHE 飯聚慶祝生日，既然大家相聚，我也特意買一盒月餅跟她們分享！我不想買傳統月餅那麼乏味，又不想買冰皮月餅，不方便攜帶；又要有獨立包裝， 想到曾經有食友請過我食 Italian Tomato 的紫薯月餅！好的，一於走到 Italian Tomato 買一盒尊尚四色月餅跟大家分享吧！當我買月餅劵時，店方送上蛋糕優惠劵！早前在 9月頭，我已經買定月餅劵，等到差不多時候才拿月餅，可是，9月20日之後，要到月餅劵後面的指定地點拿取月餅，最近上環的 Italian Tomato 分店，都要去到銅鑼灣祟光百貨地庫；那無辦法啦！ 唯有，拿月餅後帶月餅遊車河！翌日再帶回公司！尊尚四色月餅 $178四款口味包括：皇牌絕配 ～ 迷你蛋黃奶皇月餅和風組合 ～ 迷你抹茶紅豆月餅秋天之選 ～ 迷你日式紫薯月餅法式滋味 ～ 迷你法式香蕉朱古力月餅迷你抹茶紅豆月餅剪開密封包裝，抹茶的清香即時散發出來， 綠悠悠的外表，可見抹茶份量應該不少吧！輕輕切開月餅，餡料好軟身幼滑，質感實在太軟腍了，夾雜少許甜美的紅豆，比例上大約一比九，沒想到紅豆少得如此可憐！ 整件似是抹茶月餅多一點！甜美中滲出清香，味道上幾合胃口！
