I ordered a burger (second option as they had no bacon, so basically one of the only options left). I got takeaway and walked the 2mins to my house. Once I opened the bag the burger was in pieces. Everything was cold except the patty (just). The guacamole and greens we brown and wilted. The buns were cold and soggy. After spending $98 on a burger I was absolutely disappointed. I had to buy a second dinner as I couldn't eat it. Im very disappointed. And this isn't the first time. Unfortunately this was the 3rd strike. I'm not going back. Also FYI this branch is always out of of ingredients. A lot of what's on the menu is not available. So be prepared to be flexible. Seems to me like a bit of management neglect. The poor guy working there is down to one light bulb in the whole shop!Not good at all.

雖然是買了團購券但這一家小店就只有我們一行五人分別點了 Kickass Burger, 兩個 Morning Glory 和兩個 最貴的burger另加兩份薯條, 及一份芝士薯條小店只由一位外籍店員主理, 收款煮食一腳踢可能因為咁搞到呢位姐姐黑口黑面對團購券用法十問九不應之餘還在take了四個order後便要"截單"一定要等她完成了手頭上四個漢堡才能收第五個order而她花了廿五分鐘才完成四個漢堡排在我們之後的食客問可否先落單, 他們閒逛後再回來取食物這位姐姐便很型地取出紙筆, 叫他們寫下order 完成四個burger後, 她材替我們第五位朋友落單前前後後花了三十五花鐘! 花了這麼長時間去等的一個快餐帶到店外的街頭吃 這塊紐西蘭安格斯漢堡咬下充滿肉味, 厚度適中(姐係又唔會burger king咁薄, 又唔會厚到要用刀叉食)醬汁濃郁芳香可是, 佢咁煎法 塊扒已呈十二成熟, 成了牛肉乾 我個morning glory塊培根, 就是豬肉乾再加上等久了, burger已涼了半截這位姐姐還很醒目的先做了芝士薯條結果芝士涼了, 薯條過份吸收芝士 變成了麵團 另外兩份薯條也半涼了感覺像吃麥當奴外賣般好地地一個上等的burger, 便被這一個couldn't careless的店員破壞了....
i ask for a burger and french fries, it tooks 25 min.... we were 2 customers!!! what a jock for a fast food!! the chef put the fries when the burger was done so i have to wait 10 more minutes to get them and the burger was cold, steak overcooked... funny because this place looks exactly like GOURMET BURGER KITCHEN in london, shame they dont get the same quality!!! owner have no imagination at all!!!
在中環為基地,有四間分店的"Gourmet Burger".早前連開兩間,一間在Hotel LKF旁邊,另一間就在荷李活道,樂古道口,其實這處已是上環.荷李活道店給我的感覺,像外國的小食檔口,半露天坐吧檯,只得數個座位,店內更有電視,周六日更會轉播球賽,直至近月增設早市,大家可以早上來吃個漢堡包.身邊吃過該店的朋友,覺得沒有什麼特別,有些更說不好吃.以$58一個Kiss Ass來說,在中環Soho一帶也是便宜了,早上吃的早餐,全部是漢堡包.有四款可揀,最貴的Big Breakfast $58,至最便宜的Egg & Cheese Muffin $38.不包任何飲品.即叫即做是最基本,由其是當你在早市,賣到五十多塊錢一個,就算時新的漢堡包只值$11,也是即叫即做.Gourmet Burger漢堡扒用的牛肉,是源自紐西蘭的草食牛.我點了個The Big Breakfast,內容有自稱100%紐西蘭草食牛,煎蛋,煙肉,燒Portabello 磨菇,燒番茄,焗豆等材料,好像將碟上的早餐,一口氣夾在漢堡包中間,大堆頭非常豐富.漢堡包本身鬆軟有彈力,草食牛的肉味比較淡,味道並不明顯,但漢堡扒煎得不錯,內有肉汁,個人喜愛Portabello磨菇,燒得夠香,煙肉,焗豆沒有什麼可談,另外煎蛋的蛋汁不斷流出,與茄汁混合著,吃到一手也是汁液.吃得多茶餐廳的例牌早餐,偶然出走上來找點趣味趣味,放蹤一下,又何妨?反正還吃得到,怕什麼?
