Having a hard time to think of a good lunch, I suddenly remember that I have always missed the ham and cheese baguette in France and CanadaQuebec from a few years ago. So I came here searching for the same authentic taste.They have set lunches priced at $68, with soup / salad and 4 choices of baguette that day. The 4 choices are: cooked ham, sausage, parma ham, and tuna. I chose the one with parma ham, pickles and butter, and the soup of the day broccolli.The bread was still warm when I took the baguette out from the bag in office. The bread was perfect crispy on the outside, warm inside, and there is no doubt it was freshly made that day. The fillings were a bit less than I thought, as parma ham was thinly sliced and the 23 pickles were halfed to fill the bread but I was thoroughly surprised by the taste of butter in every bite. It certainly reminded me of those I have tasted outside of Hong Kong. The soup was on the watery side, and probably need more potatos, but it's great that no cream was added to the soup (superb for a healthconscious me).Time to go back for a traditional ham and cheese baguette next time!

I saw this place before we moved to Sheung Wan and it looked so great. When our movers took their lunch break, we headed over to grab some sandwiches.The sandwiches are all very simple, each with typically three of the following: ham, parma ham, pickles, butter, cheese, tomatoes. For example, I got one with ham, tomatoes, and a herbcheese spread. The star of the show is of course the baguette. They're crispy and also soft, and warm and bready and not overpowering. The ham was both greatlooking and great tasting and the spread was tangy. Things came together rather perfectly. My wife's opinion was that the baguettes at La Baguette in LKF (which I think is now called "Fresh") are better. I'm not so sure about that. We both thought the sandwiches were great, though not quite filling on their own. Still, highly recommended. A
試過Homemade cake的檸檬和香蕉都很不錯當然有用新鮮果肉而且香蕉也沒有發黑的迹象紙袋吸油吸得厲害看起來好像很heavy像loaf吃下卻全不覺膩滯!這可真有點費解了不過因為全都在家吃所以弄得來已忘了拍照..只有這個罕見的Taboule salad在川善的時候拿了出來先拍個照這是mini size最好供好奇人試試口味也不怕浪費因中午還要去iBakery吃中餐這便與Matcha Soul成為我的午前小食(其實Taboule主要是穀麥..竟成了我的小食==)混合了某種香草, 蕃茄青瓜和檸檬汁等正常份量的便正適合炎炎夏日作午餐老闆娘非常NICE
久不久，我都會走來幫襯 <Chez Meli Melo>， 但店主 Joyce 總會跟我說，食物的來貨價不斷加價，認真生意難做！ 她為了留住一班熟客，不會不停地加價，只會隔一段時間才加價。
真是一位良心店主！ 店內的小擺設，彌漫著一點法式風情，亦看得出店主的心思！今次，我早上特意走來，看看有什麼新出品？ 聽她說有一些熱食，可供應午餐及晚餐，數量有限！ 好的！有機會會買來一試！既然來到，還是買份早餐！否則！早上只問事情又不幫襯的話，不太好意思呢！自家製榛子蛋糕聽她說沒有用上麵粉！ 不用麵粉竟可做到蛋糕？混合榛子碎及蛋...等！由於，店主本身對味精有敏感，所以，她以用料天然為主！ 大家可以食得健康！甜度剛好！榛子碎帶些微嚼勁，看來很結實！鬆軟程度卻不遜色！絕對食得過！Cappuccino 店主弄的 Cappuccino！比較一年前自己的食評，似乎跟一年前的貨色差不多！依然是稀薄的奶泡， 咖啡味道不失香濃！用心經營的小店，值得繼續支持！
