Being at this resturant few months ago to celebrate my friend's birthday and is totally pissed by their services.It started by 2 of us went into the resturant at about 8pm for dinner while waiting for the birthday girl who will arrive at about 10:30pm.We were told that there will be a minimum charge for $300 per head but we figured out that it is not a problem since the food and drinks there are not cheap anyway.We have asked for a bigger table that can accomdate 34 people since we will have food, drinks and birthday cake.The manager (a western guy) refused since we only have 2 people at that time so he assigned us a small table and he said he will "consider" getting us a bigger table when the birthday girl arrived.But at that time, the resturant is only like 30% occupied and we are a bit odd for his response by not offering any favour. At about the same time, the waitress did mentioned that there will be a cut cake charge of $120 which really surprised us.Then another manager (a lady) came over and said if we spend "enough money" in the resturant, they will consider waive the charge but she didn't mentioned what's meant by "enough".Ok, what we thought is if they insisit to charge us the cut cake fee, we will just leave and take the cake with us.The dinner and drinks went on ok and we keep ordering drinks to wait for the birthday girl to arrive. Then here comes the big part, the birthday girl is on the way to the resturant and we asked the male manager to change to a bigger table since there will be 3 of us and the birthday girl is yet to have dinner.I looked around the resturant and it is like 20% occupied and we have 2 options, 1 is the tall round table that's good for drinks or the rectangle table that's good for dining.With no doubt, we asked for the rectangle table given that we will have food, drinks and cake.Surprisingly, the manager refused and only assigned us the tall round table and he is saying that he will only put us on the rectangle table if we order enough food that the tall round table cannot accomdate.This is totally nonsense and his response is it is Friday nights and they are expected that there will be a bunch of people coming in for drinks who will take the bigger table.It is like 11:30 at that time and they are closing at about 1:30, I have no idea from what standpoint that he is assuming there will be so many people coming in about 2 hours before they are closing.I told him that I was sitting there watching at the door for about 30 mins and there are only 3 people coming in.However, he still insist that they are expecting more people and refused to give us the rectangle table.We are totally pissed by his attitude and I asked the lady manager whether they still want to charge us for the cut cake fee since i knkow that we alreday spent more than $1000.She agreed to waive the cut cake fee and for some reason she put us on the rectangle table finally.We spent another 30 mins there but didn't see anyone coming in at all.The male manager is pretending that he never saw us changing to the rectangle table until we left.I don't see the reason why they are trying to ruin the atmosphere since we are not the kind of people who just order a drinks and sit there for all day long.I have been to this resturant 3 times and the last one is the most unpleasent experience I have had.Well done,Shamrock, you just lost 3 customers forever.

My friend had been a few times and recommended this place to the group of us. However, this was her first visit back under a ‘new management’ and things have gone dramatically downhill. Firstly, even though the windows/patios were fully closed and air cons on 'full', it was EXTREMELY hot and stuffy inside. I would advise going during the cooler months. My friend asked if the wedges in her dish could be replaced with mash instead but the waiter refused the change. She asked if he could go and enquire for her but he stood there and insisted that he ‘just knew’ that changes are not allowed except changing the wedges to fries. This was not a big issue, except she had made his request before and it had been achieved, except on this occasion. Two of us ordered a pint of cranberry juice. The juice was NOT a full pint and one of them had a strong taste of coffee. This was verified by four of us who sipped both glasses of cranberry juice for comparison. After asking for a replacement, the second glass returned, still with the same taste. The first glass might have been contaminated by the dirty glass which had previously been used for iced coffee and simply poured into a new glass and reserved again. Instead, we were given a lecture that both the juice had come out of the same container so there shouldn’t be a problem with only one and not the other. Next, we ordered three hot water with lemon. A small mug arrived with hot water and ONE THIN SLICE of lemon in each. My friend asked for another mug of hot water to refill up her mug and was told that they ‘do not do refills’, even though they charged us $32 for each mug of hot water and ONE slice of lemon. This poor service of trying to rinse the customer will not encourage any of us to go back again. They have a totally wrong approach to customer service. It’s not even about the money or charges imposed but the tacky and greedy attitude they display. Yes, we paid the 10% service charge imposed but it was worth that amount to see what their true 'service' is really about.Overall, the food was just soso and the desserts appalling. The Mars bar cheesecake did not taste of Mars bar except the one mouthful that had a tiny amount of Mars bar mixed into that part. The chocolate brownie was extremely DRY and did not even taste of chocolate not a hint. We would rather visit Bulldogs Bar & Grill at East TST or Delaney’s across the road at Peking Road.

一行6人, 有老有嫩, 玩完九龍公園, 我們便找個舒適的地方吃東西, 挑了這家裝潢不錯, 有得食又有得飲, 服務員也很熱心的pub試試~當食物送上時, wow, 賣相認真一流, 見到都流口水, 但...一食落口...有點差距喎.... seafood penne, 海鮮扁筒意粉, 海鮮算新鮮, 但意粉太腍了, 有點難嚥~ lasagne, 擺盤很漂亮, 味道只算不過不失~ fish fingers, 點的tartar sauce沒啥驚喜, 魚柳也炸得普通, 不會令人想一吃再吃~ 意式饀餅, 味道有點太淡~ 泰式春卷, 拿出來只是溫溫的, 不是脆的~ KILKENNY黑啤, 是這次最好味的東西~整體來說, 食物賣相滿分, 但滋味卻是'總像是差了點什麼的...', 令人吃得不是很盡興, 但若來這裡看球, 跟一班朋友吹水的話, 裝潢及氣氛算是同區值得推薦的一家~

一早訂左星期六梨呢度食飯..但唔知係咪溝通有問題..個侍應訂位時話因有足球賽事所以要我地11點埋單...同埋要人頭MIN CHARGE $200, 於是我一直以為11點先有波睇..冇叫細佬梨><...點知原來果日8點幾就開波.SO, 好唔明點解要11點埋單囉..講番正題...我地有個朋友甩底..原來都要照計番佢..即係我地7個人要叫番1600蚊野..不過心諗冇問題啦..叫杯DRINK都7,80蚊啦...我地叫左個香辣雞翼配埋D芝士醬好好食....仲有雜錦PIZZA...燒排骨...個排骨好正唔硬幾好食...一碟脆薄片..雜錦腸仔拚盤.(個腸好好食除左最紅果條)..炸魚薯條..非常正..薯條好脆..烤雞沙律好大碟.女仔食最正.每人仲叫左兩個DRINK.....11點冇人催埋單WOR....不過呢度D野食都幾大碟下...如果梨都要搵多幾個人SHARE先得...

三月中旬‧晴在海港城那邊行過來,目的地是重慶大廈那邊。

在四款生啤選擇中要了Edelweiss,夠凍,泡沫不算滑,但喝起來是濃郁的花草清香,很爽也清新,炎夏必選。
